Billy was great! I found a mouse in the house and freaked out, after calling a few companies I found nyc pest control, they were prompt and provided excellent service. Billy and another tech inspected my entire townhouse and found possible entry points that I wouldn’t have even noticed. He was very reassuring and very calming. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding and accommodating when using traps/​poison since I have pets. He was very honest and didn’t want to take advantage of my mouse phobia. I would highly recommend billy to inspect your home even as a preventative option.

Billy and Brian were incredible! They came four times to commit genocide on these critters (bed bugs), and that’s really how long it took, not to any fault of theirs, but because we had an Airbnb subletter who was sloppy and irresponsible, and caused the prolonging of the issue even after they sprayed. It’s plausible that our guest was on the one who brought them here. I’ve been in this apt for 10 years never having had any problem like this. Billy and Brian were totally generous with their time, patient with the situation, and even committed to getting the job done by any means necessary without charging us again and again. They are truly men of their word, as they are passionate about eradicating critters from earth. What I loved most about them was their true knowledge and understanding of bed bugs, infestations, and everything creepy and gross that I want to know nothing more about. They gave us prescriptions for home remedies and safe practices to implement moving forward. They were honest about the fact that the inspector dogs are more accurate, though they produce lots of false positives because of bad animal practices from their owners. They were thorough and detail oriented, and sprayed the bejeezus out of our entire apartment. My boyfriend owns a few thousand records, a life times worth of a collection, and he was scared of losing them all. Billy and Brian taught us home made casings for the records that would keep them safe. They were shockingly affordable against the quotes I got from competitors. I really need to be a legit spokesperson for these guys, because they were the shit. They deserve robust business for their true professionalism and great work. Had it not been for these guys, I would be in therapy because of the stress and anxiety of having to deal with this nightmare. I don’t wish this problem on my worst enemy. But should life get beyond your control and you are dealt with this same scenario that I did, please call these guys, and do it right away.

Look no further. Billy is a bed bug Ninja! If you are looking for someone honest and with incredible knowledge and skill… than he’s your guy. Billy went above and beyond for me. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and calming our stress. He even refused to take our money until he was 100% sure we had bed bugs as opposed to something else. And after just 1 visit, our problem were completely eradicated. Their customer service was also phenomenal. Angela even called me on a Sunday! I highly recommend you use NYC Pest Control. You will not be disappointed.

Billy was excellent! It’s been a year since I found bed bugs and he was helpful, supportive, and understanding. He went above and beyond to help me get rid of my bugs. I called him in a frenzy at 3am after I found bed bugs and am so thankful that I did because he was nothing but helpful and worked hard to help me make my house pest free. He returned several times after the initial treatment to make sure that I was completely rid of bugs. In addition, we let him know that we found a mouse in our kitchen and he was quick to lay down some bait at no additional charge. We’ve been both mouse and bed bug free ever since. Thanks Billy!

NYC pest control has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Over the phone they were extremely helpful at all hours of the day. They answered my many questions and comforted me over a bed bug issue. They worked around my schedule and made sure that I was well taken care of. Once Billy and his team arrived, they not only did a thorough job spraying and taking care of my bug problem, but also Billy calmed me down and was very kind to me even when I was stressed. NYC pest control actually cares about their clients. I have never worked with someone so patient and helpful.
Not only that, but their service is incredible. They are the most affordable service in the area and they took care of my bedbug problem. I highly recommend Billy and his team!

If I could, I would give Bill and Angela and their team 10 stars, My bed bug problem was not an easy one, and it has been a very long one, 8 to 9 months long to be exact and required two different exterminators (Bill was the second one and my champion)
I live in a fully renovated Brownstone in Bed Stuy, unfortunately 3 weeks after moving in i started getting bitten by bed bugs, I called the best exterminator in NYC, it cost me more than 7000 dollars, they exterminated the entire house from the basement to the roof, they used chemicals and heat tents to get rid of bedbugs that may have been in my belongings, and they bagged everything in large ziploc’s, I live in a very clean, clutter free and fully bagged house… not easy with two children and a busy life.
After getting two rounds of exterminations with my first exterminator he told me that no matter what i did i would continue to have bed bugs because (as we came to find out later) my neighbors next door had bedbugs for 6 years and had done nothing to remedy the situation, this was the cause of bed bugs in my house since unfortunately the wall between us must have been compromised either due to the age of these buildings or maybe while the house was renovated and the bed bugs were able to come through the walls. He suggested i hire someone else that would be more economical for maintenance exterminations. I was devastated… he was telling me I was going to have a chronic bed bug problem, imagine my horror after already 4 months fighting this pest and going to bed afraid every night, not sleeping that much and waking up every night because my children were crying from the bites. I searched the net for someone to help me and I came upon Bill’s company, well… he is the most professional, most caring, generous, helpful, patient and knowledgeable man, he came to my house listened to my problem and was shocked that the first exterminator had washed his hands of my problem and basically took my money and ran. He told me that with my kind of problem we needed to strategize and try to exclude the bugs so they would not be able to come in, he suggested i hire a contractor to seal my fireplaces, re– caulk my entire house, seal my ceiling lamps, tape my ceilings and walls so i would find out exactly where they were coming from, and many other suggestions, he helped me fight this horrible pest with smarts not only with poison. He and Angela have been with me and my family emotionally and professionally all the way until my problem was solved. They are not only economical but the best bed bug extermination company in NYC and i highly recommend them because a bed bug problem is not just a pest, there is a whole psychological torture and stress that comes with it and having Bill and Angela as your partners in this terrible fight is the best decision you will ever make.

Wow — nothing like a good neighbor. We noticed 3 or 4 roaches last month, then another today and called Bill at NYC Pest Control to make an appointment for treatment.
On the phone I explained to Bill that we put down «Combat» roach baits 3 weeks ago, but saw another roach today and we were ready to call in the local pros.
Rather than pushing me to make an appointment, Bill advised that we give the bait another week or two to kick in (apparently it can take 3 weeks to take full effect) and also advised that we lay down a few tape strips to help us detect the extent of the problem.
I plan to repost in a week or two — either this problem is gone via the bait traps (and good honest advice) or I am calling in the pros!

Really excellent service. Angela is so nice and helpful in terms of answering questions and Billy the exterminator is very knowledgeable, professional, and also probably the nicest guy I’ve met in a long time. I recommend them highly for any pest-​related issues!

NYC Pest Control is the perfect blend of being professional and knowledgeable on the one hand, and affordable and down-​to-​earth on the other.
We had a bed-​bud infestation in our apartment and I did my research online to find the best people to take the job. I decided to go with NYC Pest Control after corresponding with Angela. She is super knowledgeable, very personable and helpful, and her company charges significantly less than other local companies I had contacted.
Although my cheap landlord decided to go with «his guy,» who has been uncommunicative and whose effectiveness still remains to be determined, Angela still answered all of my questions — even though she knew we had hired someone else. She went back and forth with me over email, sending me detailed information as well as a lot of genuine empathy for my situation!
If the problem is not fully remedied by my landlord’s «guy,» I will surely be hiring NYC Pest Control to finish the job. And I will recommend them to any of my friends if they have a problem in the future.

There are not enough good things to say about this company. Angela was prompt and professional in all communications (and believe me, I had a lot of questions). Bill was sincerely concerned and took the time to educate me re: how to control bedbugs. These are not only experienced and thorough professional exterminators but good folks. There are lots of other highly rated Unilocal reviews re: companies that prey on people’s ignorance and charge outrageous prices prices for cookie cutter service. NYC Pest Control’s services are extremely effective and reasonably priced. If you have bedbug problems, call them. They get the job done quickly at a fair price plus they are kind and caring people.
