I would give this place a zero, their behavior is disgusting. I started going there since they first opened. At first everything is ok, they seemed friendly but if something goes wrong, they could not care less. About a year ago the machine ripped an expensive comforter, I showed the lady she just shrugs and said no. I said yes, this just happened, she sais I don’t know. And didn’t want to do anything, compensate in any form, not even I am sorry.
Today, a different machine ripped my fitted sheet, again I showed the same lady and again the same response.
Horrible service, absolutely unacceptable.
This will be the last time I will do business there, and will make sure every one I know who goes there how they treat costumers. Not even «I am sorry»
