I wish I had never gotten mixed up with this ABOMINABLE business. They took our couch cushion to clean (and were very pushy about it and rude — came into our apt to pick it up, because there is no location we can go to) They said it would be ready in less than a week. It’s almost a month later, and we have tried to get our cushion back numerous times; our phone calls have not been returned, we’ve taken mornings off from work to be here when they say they’ll be here, only to find that they don’t come. They are HORRIBLE. Don’t call them, don’t deal with them — save yourself a huge headache, time and money.
