Natacha Noel – Exit All Seasons Realty

Not even worth the ONE star after dealing with Kate Lech from Exit All Seasons. After emailing to set up a viewing of a building that was for sale, I was asked by Kate to call to schedule it. When I called the very next day she so rudely told me she cannot understand why I’d call because the location was «almost» under contract. When I told her, I asked about the listing yesterday– she continued by saying how «fast» this industry is (please note… This is not my first purchase or property, and I’m quite familiar with the industry) and then literally just hung-​up!
Kate– clearly you are not as great/​fast at your job as you’d like to think– and you should not work with clients over the phone.
Get it together!
Exit All Seasons– You should consider dropping her as an employee. You just lost a valuable client because of her!

I had a very good experience with Natacha from Exit All Seasons. I am a first time homebuyer and she had no problem walking me thru the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I LOVE my new home and how effortless the experience seemed to be. I would recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home.
