Just had my first Ayruvedic massage here today and it was wonderful! The Ayruvedic specialist had very strong hands and could do deep tissue, but what I liked was that she asked me beforehand if I wanted some areas with less pressure. The oils smelled great, and she placed a strip over my eyes that was scented with rose water, which was a nice touch. Narayana’s atmosphere is clean and serene. I will definitely be going back!

I have always been an admirer of Ayurveda and try to follow it in my life. I found this new place that just opened a month ago and thought of trying it. The ayurvedic practioner was very knowlegeable and definately knows what she is doing. She looks tiny but no doubts, she has blessed hands. I got an ayurvedic massage with warm medicated oil and it was awesome… My whole body feels so relaxed after massage. I kept the oil overnight and got shower next day and my skin felt so soft and moisturized. Amazing!!! I am so so happy and will definately go back.
