Terrible building management company/​slumlords. The mostly rent to deadbeat people and when other neighbors in nearby buildings complain about loud neighbours or shady people coming in and out of their building they do absolutely nothing about it, because all they care about is getting their Section 8 payments.
Do not rent from them or anywhere that is wall to wall to their property. If you do I guarantee you will have to hear some psycho lady playing very loud salsa and screaming on the phone and yelling abuse at her children all day long.
