It’s so worth the wait!!! It sucked to wait a month but definitely worth it and product is very good quality!!! Plus saved a lot of money! Highly recommend!

This company is completely and utterly DODGY!!! It’s been over 2 months now and i have been ignored, and when i haven’t been ignored they have given me what seems to be there common lie of by the end of next week, by the end of next week! Well for an in stock item that’s a load of crap and for over 2 months now that’s definitely been a load of BULL!
They keep ignoring me even though i’ve cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Oh they’ve been so kind as to cancel my order but not give back MY MONEY! I’m in dispute with them with Paypal, so hopefully i’ll get it back with them stepping in.
I can not believe how dodgy this company is and wish that i had read reviews befor buying from them. It’s absolutely disgusting, and the worst part is they don’t give a toss about it all!

Stop. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I live in the NY area, and I am very tempted to take a ride out to Brooklyn to check out the address provided and see if this is actually a legitimate store/​business. I am starting to get the feeling that this is something being run out of someone’s basement. It just does not make sense that all of the reviews say the exact same thing. When I ordered the item (my credit card was charged immediately of course), the website indicated the item was in stock. A week later, I checked the status and saw that it still says «in stock». I emailed an inquiry about shipping. Only then was I advised in the return email that the item was out of stock. I immediately cancelled the order on 2÷8÷15. On FEBRUARY 17, 2015, I was advised it takes «up to 1 month» for the refund to be processed and the money returned to the credit card. I am writing this review on APRIL 5, 2015, and I still do not have my money back. I am now getting the BBB involved. Never ever again. I repeat: Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before spending more than $ 350 for a car seat I never received. This place smells strongly of a scam to me.

I regret ever ordering from this place. I ordered a Britax car seat on January 5, 2015.
On January 11^th, I received an email that it would be shipping next week.
On the 13^th I checked the status via email. They replied with «We checked with the warehouse and the item is out of stock. We are expected to be shipping this out beginning of next week. We are so sorry for the delay»
On the 15^th I received an email that it was back ordered.
On the 27^th I sent an email asking the status.
On the 28^th they sent me an email stating «Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us,
We are still waiting on a shipment to come into our warehouse from Britax. It is expected to be shipping out next week»
On Feb 11^th I sent an email checking the status. To which they replied asking if I want a refund because its still out of stock.
I figured at this point I would just wait it out. I mean how much longer can it be… a week or 2.
They offered a different color that was in stock. I looked up the color name and it was pink. Except I have a boy, so thats a problem.
On March 9^th (1 month later) I requested a refund.
There has been some more back and forth emails about me asking where my refund is.
Today is March 27^th and I still don’t have my refund!

I must say, I was really skeptical after ordering a stroller from
and then reading the reviews on here. I ordered a stroller on a Friday, being that I was skeptical, I emailed customer service and got a prompt answer the same day. I was told that the stroller would ship within 24 hours, which it did. I got the stroller the following Friday. I was also able to use the 5% off they have on their website. I am happy with my purchase.

They don’t communicate at all. I ordered an in stock item with 4 – 7 day shipping and it didn’t ship. I had to keep checking in and weeks later still no communication and no car seat so I just called to cancel. Their on hold message states customer service is their priority but they didn’t even apologize. I cancelled and ordered the same car seat from buybuybaby at a lower price.

Yet another completely dissatisfied customer. My credit card was charged immediately, but my «in stock» order failed to ship. After a month with no communication from the retailer I called and was informed that the items were on back order. No apology for the lack of communication! I cancelled my order over a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. Don’t do business with this company!

I wish this place could get zero stars. I am yet another customer that had an Identical experience. Ordered an in stock stroller before the birth of our baby (two weeks in advance). «Your order is delayed». Customer service was rude and answered the phones like you were bothering them. Senior customer service reps (aka store managers) would try to smooth over, but used the «it will arrive next week» line for three weeks!
I took matters into my own hands and called the actual company of stroller I was ordering.
had not placed an order with them for over a month so my order was never going to be filled. Such liars. Thankfully because I got the BBB involved I did receive a prompt refund. Prompt, as in when I was sick of dealing with their lies for 4 weeks.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your self some time and buy elsewhere. Their discount is what led me to purchase from them, but unfortunately its a deal that is too good to be true.

This is my worst online shopping experience.
I ordered an item (Sopora mattress) almost 1 month ago. According to the
website, «You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer’s delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at the time of your order an item is not in stock, and delay will be more than one week (or less if a rush order) our customer service department will notify you of the delay. «
After 1.5 weeks, I received no notice of delay or shipment so I checked on their website for the status of my order and the status was «Item being picked».
I e-​mailed their customer support and was informed by their customer support that the item would ship at the end of that week. After the end of that week, I e-​mailed them again asking about when the item would ship and I was informed, without any explanation, that the item would ship at the end of the next week (three weeks past their first shipping estimate and one month after my order). I responded with dissatisfaction with this shipping estimate and the lack or explanation; their response was that my mattress would ship in next 24 – 48 hours. After such time passed, I still received no shipping information so I e-​mailed them again asking for an explanation and have received no such explanation or shipping information.
I have just sent an e-​mail to cancel my order. Almost a month has passed since I first ordered my supposedly in-​stock item. I might have had a little more patience had I not seen other similar experiences mentioned on Unilocal.However, in light of many similar experiences it seems like timely shipment/​adequate stocking/​inventory management/​integrity of customer support is a systemic problem with this company.

I am yet another unsatisfied customer of
. I ordered a Clek Foonf car seat, and I should’ve known there would be trouble when I was allowed to use their «limited time» 15% off coupon on it. No other legit sites would allow coupons to be used on Clek items. I ordered on a Saturday… by the following Thursday, the order status was still «order being picked.» I called their customer service and was told it was being transferred over from another warehouse and would ship the next week. When I called today to find out the status, I was told that the last one in-​stock was supposedly damaged, and now they have to wait for a new shipment to come in. Of course, my card was charged when I ordered (not when the item ships, as most other websites do). I wish I’d read the reviews sooner! I cancelled my order today… no e-​mail confirmation of that yet, but I sent an e-​mail of my own to their customer service to confirm the cancellation. I was told I would see a refund processing to my card in 5 – 7 business days, but after reading the rest of their reviews, I am skeptical. I will be calling and e-​mailing every week until I received my refund. DO NOT order anything from this vendor.

I bought from
Maxi-​Cosi carseat adaptor, the item was theoretically in stock. After I while I have been notified that the order was delayed because the item was out of stock. I waited 1 week and asked if the could estimate the delivery. The replied: 1 week. After another week without getting any shipping information I decided to cancel the order. I received a nice confirmation email about the order being canceled and the refund processed, but 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. In summary, in 5 weeks no car seat adaptor (that I bought from Amazon in the meantime) and no refund.
So terrible company — if you are buying something here you are taking the risk of just waisting your money.
