Let my daughter have a fever for 9 days !! Went to the office 3 times and all they tell me is to wait it out that it’s viral! Turns out to be pneumonia! If you value your child. Avoid this place! If I have a choice it would be zero stars!

Office is open 7 days a week. There are 3 doctors here and our favorite one is Dr Jason Chen. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my crazy kids. The wait is not long for appointments. However can be long for walk-​ins during peak hours.

The doctor waits here are looong, so make an appointment before coming or else you’re going to have to spend your entire day here waiting for a long list of children to go before yours. There are toys and books to keep your child occupied and a flat screen HD tv and newspapers/​magazines to occupy yourself. The waiting room fits about 20 people and can get extremely cramped during peak hours.
They used to hand out cute animal shaped ice packs and don’t anymore.
The staff here is pleasant to speak with as the doctors are nice and know what they’re doing.

Very convenient location and they are open 7 days a week with three doctors. At least one is on call during off hours to answer any emergency questions. Waiting area has tv, toys, computer and game station to keep kids occupied during the wait. Wait is usually 20 min or less unless you go on the weekends. Then it can run well over an hour. Dr. Jason Chen is our favorite of the doctors. My toddler doesn’t put up a fight or hesitate with him at all.
