Great selection and knowledgeable staff, did my entire house from high hats to lighting fixtures, Ella A. And Ronnie K are probably 2 miserable Russians who didn’t get their way lol

So far very bad customer service including manager who was very unhappy with complain .We purchase a light fixture few weeks ago which cost us around $ 500 we got instillation by one of the workers from the store and we don’t mine to pay for instillation plus tip„ but few days ago at night i hear something drop on the floor when i came to the room it was broken glass on the floor from the fixture I went to the store next day and they did not believe me, salesperson said to me may be you brake it yourself l will coll the company if they will exchange then its no problem otherwise nothing we can do, to bad, He never coll me again. Guys RECOMMENDATION FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PUBLIC THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE ITS SO MANY GREAT LIGHT FIXTURE STORES AROUND AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don’t shop there if you don’t know exactly what you want. They are ok for lightbulbs but their lighting fixtures are way overpriced and customer service is horrible. I needed help replacing a fixture bowl and went to them. The tall man with dreadlocks basically handed me a book to find what I needed. The book was useless and he couldn’t be bothered helping me at all. Then I saw a nice pendant light marked $ 499. The same man said that was the price. No discount. I went home and did a search on that item. I found it on several websites and it was never a penny over $ 390!!! I will never go to that rude ripoff store again!!!
