Michael and Jake could not have been any better. I live in Raleigh, NC and had to go to NYC to have a very large painting shipped to Canada. After several conversations with Jake and Michael before leaving for NYC, they explained everything to me in detail on what I had to do to prepare the painting with the shipping box and an estimated cost. They helped keep my stress level down to a minimum since I have never shipped any thing of this size before. I recommend them for any shipping needs that you have. I would definitely use their services again.

No more waiting in lines at the post office!!! These guys are the best extremely friendly fast and efficient !! I could ask for a better local business to have in the neighborhood. I have used this mail center on several occasions for UPS drop off! Very friendly staff, professional service. Always accompanied by receipts, which is a plus for keeping track of things. I recommend using this Center versus other drop– off spots. Thank you!

It was my first time there and I was sending a textbook to Amazon (postage was free) so I can’t really comment on their prices. :\ The staff was nice enough to help me package the book in a UPS envelope since I didn’t have a box (I regret not bubble wrapping the book so hopefully it’ll ship okay!). But, I’ll definitely come back if I need to ship something later on. It’s a one-​stop center for all your shipping needs!

Easy to work with. Helpful people. No headache. Drop off, send parcels, buy stamps — everything at the same location! FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. I used to go to staples to send my boxes via UPS, but now I figured out that this location has cheaper rates.
Highly recommend!!!
