Unprofessional staff and a great rip-​off. Very unfortunate experience with this company. I would NOT recommend them for any of your printing needs. The customer service is questionable and disappointing. In the end, they proved to be the least customer service oriented company I have ever experienced as a consumer. They chose not to stand behind their promise to make a job right when the t-​shirts did not fit, and strung me and my company along for 3 months saying they would resolve a t-​shirt sizing issue and they didn’t come through in the end. They instead blamed their t-​shirt vendor (whom we had no contact with) and chose to convolute the process hoping we would go away and not see it through. This issue was taken all the way to the store owner for 2 months, and she did not resolve the simple issue with his vendor. Highly disappointing experience and way too much time spent on this as a customer. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
