Personal Stylist Lori Gassie specializes in styling personal wardrobes as well as unique events, parties, and photo shoots. She has a diverse clientele based in NYC and the surrounding areas and therefore is comfortable working with variety of budgets, body types, and wardrobe styles to create the right look for each person.

Each new client starts with an initial in-​home consultation to review their existing wardrobe and then she’ll tailor a shopping plan to the needs of the client. She is based out of Brooklyn, NY, but don’t worry… Lori comes to you and takes care of everything from there! Styling packages are available on day rate, hourly rate, and piece rate packages, so please inquire and we’ll figure out what works best for you!

History

Established in 2008.

I graduated from FSU with degrees in both Fashion Design and Apparel Merchandising. From here, I worked as a custom costume designer for Kenerly Kreations, a designer of dance costume for Art Stone Theatrical, and a designer for Rubie’s Costume Co specializing in several of their different divisions.

While working for each of these companies, I have taken on work as a freelancer to do both styling and design. I have styled photo shoots, films, and live events along with the wardrobes of personal clients. As a freelance designer, I have created looks for theater, film, and performance artists (dance, burlesque, etc).
