There was one technician there (forgot name) very friendly man and took his time to explain the procedure. Other techs had to stick me like 3 times or so to get it right. There is a receptionist there her initials are CG has the poorest skills when it comes to dealing with people. Arguing loudly on the phone, cursing when she put the patient on hold and even tried to argue with me about something I needed and she said I never said that etc… Just not the best experience for me. I have been seen there for 3 procedures, but I am going elsewhere. They should retrain this CG person, because she is probably ruining business for Lerman

The first time I went for a sonogram, they were friendly and efficient and the tech was good too.
The second time the tech hurt me and was insensitive.
This last time I went for an MRI. The tech was very good. THEY OUTSOURCE THE READING OF THE MRI SO I’M STILL WAITING FOR THE RESULTS TEN DAYS LATER. RIDICULOUS… IF I’D KNOWN I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSE WHERE.
And I don’t believe in getting annual mammograms… if you radiate something enough you WILL get a tumor… plus they aren’t that reliable. Self exam monthly is better plus Sonogram and if needed MRI and the controversial Thermography.

The front office staff seems rather distant and busy, but I’ve consistently had good mammograms and other radiological exams. The radiologist found an extremely small tumor that could save my life.

Lerman Diagnostic Imaging takes care of every type of diagnostic testing: X-​ray, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammograms, Cat Scans and Bone Density tests. Many places do that, but Lerman Diagnostic Imaging has one advantage that sets it apart from all others. Dr. Lerman has a reputation for having a perfect eye. He seems to be able to read the results of all these tests with amazing accuracy that’s hard to find in other places. More than once, he has saved a patient’s life by seeing something very little and very easy to miss — which turned out to be very significant and life threatening.
There’s usually no long wait for an appointment, and you can count on getting in within a few days. Results are also ready very quickly. The staff can be a little crass, but the doctor more than makes up for that.
