LDC ink tattoo

This place is a absolute JOKE!!! I would give TEN NEGATIVE STARS if I could!!! I wanted to check this place out since its near my neighborhood. I try to help the local businesses out but this will not be one of them. I called them and they were pretty friendly on the phone. I spoke with a guy named Dane or something… I asked about piercings and he said that they do them. I asked the price of a rook piercing and he quoted me at $ 15, I was surprised how low it was. I asked his name and he told me, and I told him mine, and said I would be in later that day. So later that day I headed over to check it out. Just looking at the place from the outside… you should know not to get anything done from this place. When I went in (you have to be buzzed in), the first person asked if he could help me. I said I wanted to get a piercing. He said hang on let me get the piercer. He came out and wasn’t very warm or welcoming at all. I said I wanted to get a piercing and he asked what, I said I wanted my rook done. He told me it would be $ 30 dollars. I said I had called earlier and spoke with someone name Dane, and he said I’m Dane, and I said, I’m Katie, I asked you some prices and told you I would be in later today. He said he talks to a lot of people and doesn’t remember that conversation. Then he started to get rude saying that he has paper work to do so do I want to get a piercing or not, cause I was wasting his time. He was very pushy and rude, thinking that would get me to want him to pierce me or something. I said well I guess you don’t want to make money today so I guess I’ll leave. He said he will do it for the price that is listed. He points to the board and tells me to look at the prices… the prices are for the «piercing» not including the jewelry. He then shines the spot light on the part in the corner of the board that says its a additional five dollars on top the piercing price for the «jewelry». At that point I was done. They have no customer service skills and just plain out rude, the shop is dirty, and he lied to my face about talking to me on the phone and quoting me another price. After looking at the shop and the guy that was going to pierce me, I wouldn’t have done it anyway, he just look like a random guy who thinks he knows how to pierce. I’m sure if I had gotten it done there, my ear would have fallen off a week later from infection. I would never go back to this place or even consider getting any kind of work done there. They also do printing/​copying, t-​shirts, barber shop… hmmmm not a serious place for tattoos and piercings I think. Its there loss not mine. I went into the city to Addiction Ink and got my piercing done by a professional, and actually got two of them, and some jewelry. So just to let LDC ink tattoo know… you lost about a $ 150 deal with me, since you have no ability to talk to people at all. Your loss, and me being thankful for not going through with getting something done at this «tattoo/​piercing shop».
