Last year I was faced with my student loans Payments going into default. I couldn’t afford the payments of over 1000 a month. I found this law office. I was assigned Stephen and Jared to help me solve this problem. After a couple of months of negotiating, they were able to negotiate a reasonable and affordable payments. Their fee was reasonable and I’m so happy they were able to solve this problem before my wages were garnished. They are a great team and really got the job done !!!

Wow is all I have to say here. I submitted a question to Mr Goldenberg’s website, and within a few hours his friendly staff not only got back to me, but Mr Goldenberg spoke to me for a good amount of time, offering amazing legal advice and options.

Simon Goldenberg Law delivers. I had an issue on my credit report that required some legal assistance. I searched through the internet and spoke to several attorneys specializing in debt/​credit issues. Simon sounded the most personable and knowledgeable, so I went out to in Brooklyn for a free consultation and wound up obtaining his services right there on the spot. He made very conservative estimates of what he’d be able to do with my issue at hand, which I liked, but in the end he over delivered. Not only was the issue resolved but it ended costing less for me.
