purchased a groupon for 6 sessions on a large area. i’ve had 2 sessions so far. they have a new technology/​machine «Soprano XL». the first time was a little painful/​hot but it’s adjustable with this machine. results were very good. the second time, i don’t think i did it at as high of a setting so i’m not sure how the results are going to be but so far so good. the receptionist is very friendly. Angela is very knowledgable and friendly as well. she’s been working with lasers for i think 15+ years? the environment is also very clean and serene. highly recommend it here or anywhere with the soprano XL machine

I have been coming here for more than 1 year and every time I had good experience. Boss lady and staff are pretty nice. Good result, reasonable price.

I bought a promotion off groupon for 6 laser sessions. I just completed my 5^th session and the results are great. My last session was sometime in September and I haven’t needed to shave my legs since. All I saw were a few thin hairs here and there. I agree with a previous Unilocaler that said Angela is very honest. She’s also very knowledgable in laser hair removal unlike other laser salons I’ve been to. I’ve been to two others before and they were incredibly painful with little results. The machines Angela use are actually quite relaxing the first few sessions. You experience heat and hair zapping but it’s very tolerable. It wasn’t until my 4^th session that it got a little intense but still tolerable. Overall, I recommended a2zlaser entirely.

I always look forward to coming here for my appointments. Such a positive, relaxing enviorment.

The place is very nice and clean. Angela made me feel very comfortable. I don’t know about the results (we’ll see later) but so far this is the best laser hair removal place I know.

After doing the evaluation, I went ahead and purchased a package. I followed all the instructions given and was very excited. My package ended and I was told I’m a rare case becuase my hair was still very much growing with no change. I was very disappointed becuase I was promised results right away pretty much followed by definetely next time followed by excuses and maybe a few more times should do the trick followed by well maybe it’s me and anyway, I don’t know if it really is me or this laser place is a scam or they should screen better and make sure if they claim my hair and skin type is suitable then I should see some results!!!

Been here with my GF. The place is very clean and has a calming vibe. I enjoy coming here for my treatments. The technician is quick and I see results.
I would recommend this place if you’re looking for pain free treatment. I also like the facial treatment options they offer.

I’m so glad I found this place — finally! I searched groupon for a promotion for laser and then checked the reviews for this location. Angela had great reviews and I decided to give it a try. For starters — she was very honest. She outlined exactly what the promotion covers. I decided not to go with the promotion for the time being. She was also very clear that I may need more than 6 sessions. Her honesty was a breath of fresh air. I’m not sure what’s up with the Laser Hair Removal world, but most technicians are not honest. It’s terrible since it gives a bad name to the field. I was previously at another place and I had 12+ agonizing sessions. When I came to Angela she explained that the woman was using an IPL machine. Which is terribly painful and ineffective for long term.
Location/​Facilities: The office is squeeky clean and decorative. It’s very elegantly designed, has a relaxed vibe, and there’s always a scented lit candle. As soon as I finish my session I see Angela all ready disinfecting, I like that, it makes me feel confident and safe.
Technology: The technology used is the best and newest on the market. ITS PAIN FREE. Don’t get scared that it isn’t working. Like one silly reviewer wrote that the machine must have been off. Lol! If you’ve done traditional laser up until now that you’ve experienced pain, in this case you rarely will. All you need to feel is some pinching.
Technician: As I said before, Angela is honest about her work. Don’t expect results immediately. Every body area works differently. I’ve seen results after 3 sessions and sometimes had to wait for 6 or more. I’ve done 5 sessions on my underarm and am nearly done except for some pesty lightweight hairs.
I’ve all ready recommended some friends and I will continue to do so.

Update, now that i have been to other laser location and A2Z being my first laser spot, i now noticed that i was getting jipped because the laser was always cold, meaning, it was not on, it only got bit of warmth from time to time and if you just feel it cold then nothing is happening. yes she is very nice i liked her but im sure she has told some of you that you will need more session. dduuuuhhhh! because she doesn’t even give you the ones you pay for to begin with, so newbies to laser beware

I have been going there for more than half year. People are nice. Prices are reasonable. Results are effective. Less painful than I thought it would be. Still a little bit pain but not much. I recommend this place.

The best place for lazer treatment, so far I had 4 treatment and the results are fantastic. Angela is a very very nice person, and knows what is she doing and very profesional. Also I have a very busy schedule and some times she comes even on her day off for me only. I 100% recommend it for lazer hair removal to everyone.

After encountering with many bad laser facilities (ineffective & not clean) and staff who have poor etiquette, I have finally found a laser spa place that is clean, makes me feel comfortable and does a professional job (results show). My sister bought me a laser deal for 6 sessions as a gift, after finishing her sessions here and seeing results.
I have 1 more session left, and I have seen an extreme difference. Hair growth has been definitely impaired. The laser treatment here is truly 100% effective, quick and does not hurt as many have stated on Unilocal.I have been to a laser spa in Manhattan a few years ago, and it was ineffective and painful.
The technician was very professional and friendly. She does a great job! Besides that, another bonus is that the laser machine, Soprano, that is used in this facility has been considered the gold standard of hair removal effectiveness. Trust me, if you want hair removal this place really really works.

I’ve been here once, and I am posting this merely hours after my visit. That’s how won over I am!
Bought a Groupon for 6 laser treatments. I’ve had laser before, and it hurt. It wasn’t painful enough to not do it, just was most certainly not pain free. A2Z Laser uses the Soprano unit — which if you’ve never had the older technology, you might not value what this means. It’s essentially pain free, quick, and effective.
The technician took the time to explain the differences in the machines, and now that I’ve experienced it, I will only go to a place that uses the newer technology.
As for the spot, it’s clean, welcoming, and relaxed. The technician is friendly and informed. I’d recommend this place to anyone and I’m looking forward to my second treatment, especially now that I know it will be a breeze!

Didn’t like the place at all. Most of all, didn’t like this Russian secretary/​tecchnician, who is a rude and deceitful woman. She treats you into buying the sessions and then says that something is not included, you have to pay more. Never again.

Got a laser deal for 6 sessions from Living Social. Really didn’t know what to expect, whether the machine they use will work or how the employees were going to be. I had three sessions already for my upper lip and its been going well. Only one person works there, so she’s both the receptionist and the laser technician. She’s very nice and makes sure I’m comfortable, that I’m not in pain and all that good stuff.
The machine used is the soprano and its not painful at all (at least for me. I’ve tried the at-​home Tria system and that hurt like a b$&*#). So far, I’ve had reduction in the number of hair follicles. If you’re worried about buying a group deal for here, don’t! This place is pretty clean, bright, and you’ll be in good hands.

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 months. Very nice place not crowded and noisy! Tried every treatment they have! The facial is great, I got many useful tips from my therapist. They use organic products, which feel so natural on my skin. Laser is surprisingly pain free, feels almost nothing and usually I’m very sensitive to this procedure. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful, answered all my questions, and believe me I had a lot! I highly recommend them!

Received a gift certificate to A2Z ages ago and finally stopped in last weekend. I must say, this place is heavenly. I made an appointment for their organic facial and wound up getting a bit of laser done as well. The procedures were flawlessly executed and my skin feels fantastic– I swear I’ve been glowing ever since. Kudos for a fantastic service!
All in all, my experience at A2Z was such a needed escape. The facilities are pristine and the staff is highly knowledgeable. Instead of doing a run-​of-​the-​mill procedure, I received a completely customized spa treatment to my individual needs and requests. The staff also provided some helpful tips on maintaining the condition of my skin. These guys are real pros. I’ll be back.

This is an amazing place with bunch of friendly and helpful therapists. Prices are really affordable. I think it is a treat for those of us who work hard but can’t spend thousands on looking good. I found out about it through friends. When I came in I was pleasantly surprised. Who would have thought that such pleasure island exists in the middle of southern Brooklyn?! Staff is informative and capable. They combine nurturing almost motherly attitude while being stylish, young, and trendy. Everything is done in a professional manner with proper analysis of your past medical /​skin history. I really enjoyed the time spent there. I committed to series of laser treatment. I must say that after only two my skin feels and looks improved. I recommend this place without thinking twice. The only thing that is a negative for me is distance. Although F train stops right where the place is, I hate NY public transportation. I tried to drive there and was surprised to find that the drive was simple. From Midtown (Manhattan) it took me 20 minutes without traffic. So my problem was solved. Go and try it. You will like what you see. Good luck and best wishes to all.

I have tried many spa salons both in Brooklyn and the city and friend of mine recommended me A2Z and now A2Z spa salon is my favorite! I have tried facial in A2Z, their creams and masks are super! I want to try microdermabrasion next time! The service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this salon to my fiends!
