I went once because I changed insurance carriers and have no idea how to find a good Doctor in NYC– I saw the doctor for 3 minutes after waiting 45 minutes, enough for her to run up a bunch of blood work and somehow an EKG that was done in a back forgotten room… Needless to say no one contacted me about my test results and I’m now on my 5th call trying to get just the release form for my test results so I can have them for a new doctor. If you can go anywhere else… go there.

I’ve been coming here for six months after having to change insurance carriers. This is the very last time I will enter this building. The staff can be helpful and pleasant, but also frustrating. They frustrate the patients, many of whom are not pleasant people, and get frustrated back. This is the very worst way to handle medical necessities and is the reason many people don’t get medical help.

Terrible. I went in for a simple paperwork, made an appointment, didn’t get seen until about an hour after my appointment time. Completely unorganized. I left the paperwork, came back a week later and they couldn’t fine them, took them another extra half hour to locate the document. Just a mess. Go somewhere else. I sure will.

This is, by far, the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. The place was utterly chaotic. I had called earlier that morning to schedule an appointment and was given a time of 12:20. So I arrived at noon, thinking that would be plenty of time to fill out paperwork. From the moment I walked in, several women were talking loudly about having to wait to long. They were all walk-ins and were complaining that people with appointments, who had been there for less time than they had, were getting in before them. Well, that’s typically how it works, right? It was bad enough that they were yelling in the waiting room. The patients were also walking back and forth into the examining room area and harassing the staff. And no one did a thing to stop them or ask them to calm down or leave. The entire staff seemed resigned to the general zoo atmosphere at the clinic. After I was shown into the back area, I still had to wait another 20 minutes, and by that time, several women were engaged in a loud, angry argument with staff members about why other people were going before they were. This was all happening in a narrow hallway right outside the examining room doors. Sure enough, by the time I got shown to an examining room, I could barely hear the doctor over the caterwauling in the hallway. Bad bad bad form. I will never go here again and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else go here either.
