It is our goal to honor those foodies who are willing to travel to the world’s end in hopes of tasting the best Foie Gras. Through perfecting molecular gastronomy we introduce our own homage to the famous French treat in a freshly unique style.

History

Established in 2014.

La Vue is the second collaboration of three close friends who have previously wowed Brooklynites and New Yorkers with the restaurant Orange Grill. Orange Grill has always been regarded as a pioneer in the restaurant world by bringing sushi and fine dining together to create a truly unique experience.
