I agree with other people who gave their reviews here — a really trashy store; an awful customer service, defected items — NEVER BUY HERE ANYTHING! I had the same situation even the bank wasn’t able to help in this situation! I bought an epilator which turned out to be defected, and the same situation; they make their own rules: they don’t want to return — they don’t return because «this is our policy»! Stupid f**s! I wish one day someone you cheated this way will crash your scrapyard!

What a disgusting place. Nothing but terrible service all around.
If I could rate this place less then 1 star I would!
The lady who is the owner was attempting to assist me, however that attempt failed, terribly.
I purchased a product that was defective, when I returned to the store the next morning the owner who sold me the product said «it’s your fault that you didn’t check the product before buying it. We don’t give refunds either.»
However I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to exchange the product for the same exact thing that is not defective.
Then this bitch said «How do I know you didn’t open it yourself?»
«All I can tell you is try returning the product to the manufacturer and maybe they will deal with it.»
Never will I return to this garbage store, never will I recommend this garbage store to anyone I know.
Avoid this place by any means necessary!

The girl who is a makeup artist, she is very nice!
She is a professional, she tells you whats is best for you, and is honest even if the truth hurts. She helped me buy bags, and makeup, and shes amazing. Lily is good too. She gives coupons, and the old lady is rude and says everything is the same. The tall lady with heels shes gorgeous and nice only one thats not is that old lady who has a big butt like the makeup girl. She is gorgeous and the store is very pretty looks like sephora and helps you try on makeup.

The guy who was behid the counter was very unfriendly, the prices of the purfume and make up were overpriced and the you could probably get everything for cheaper on Amazon. The guy at the counter was also hitting on me and as a dude buying stuff for my GF, I felt violated.
