I really want to like this place. It’s conveniently located. They’re affordable & Mimi is so nice. The place is small and cozy(doesnt give me the ghetto«shop» feel) But they just aren’t that good in terms of giving good manicures. This is now my 3rd time here. I’ve given them 3 tries. My nail polish just won’t stay put. It’s literally lifting and peeling off within 2 days.

The nicest couple run this salon. Very quick and attentive. Once, when I was the only person in the salon, the woman gave me a Chinese lesson and free massage bc she thought I looked stressed. I bring all my friends here. Come here!

HORRIBLE Experience !!! The Nail salon is one Completely Over Price, Inexperienced(in spa and waxing/stay clear) & Management is completely terrible. Management gave false intense that they are all knowing in nail and waxing but She doesn’t… So please Stay Clear of this Place. There are much better Nail Salon in the area, that are not trying to just take from you but are truly looking to give to outstanding service and care… which this salon doesn’t. #sadtosay

ok this is the LASTLAST time i’m reviewing this place. now it just looks like i’m whining about this place. but this place is a hit and miss. at least i gotta better pedicure this time. i’m not going back for real this time i swear. but with a better pedicure, so much things happened that took away from it. the lady laughed at me when i asked to put her tools in the sterilizer. she did it to shut me up but took it out seconds later :( come to find out, here was a huge piece of left over skin from a previous customer on her tools and she tried to hide it and wash it off in the sink out of my view(eww!) she also offered services which i thought were optional but nope, it was to pad on the bill at one point, she even put on my socks and boots(which was so awkward because they were thigh-high with no zipper plus i was still drying my nails.) i thought she was making up for the dirty tools she used for my pedicure by being a little too subservient for my taste. but then she starting saying«they’re dry, go, go, go!» while tugging on my fingers .(WHICHWEREN’T DRYBTW) when i got home my polish got all mushed and nicked up. so nope — she was just rushing me. i came pretty late(like 730) but i asked and they practically pulled me through the door to do what i asked for, so the rushing was really uncalled for. they also eagerly accepted my credit card but neglected to tell me about the surcharge…*sigh* i see so much potential in this nail spa but customer service is not something they care about — just $$. it’s just another hood booger nail spot in disguise.

Aww yeah! I usually don’t go to these spots in my «hood» because I just feel like I’m going to get an infection or something. This time wasn’t the case, there was no one in the shop and I decided to get a gel mani/pedi… for $ 40 you can’t beat it. For real. The service was fast, but I didn’t feel rushed. I’d go here again. It’s much nicer than the other hood spots that just seem crowded and dirty. Not sure what everyone else is saying, a basic mani is $ 6 and a pedi is $ 12. That’s less than $ 20!!!

They over charge for simple things in the nail salon here. Below is a «spa». The place is very small. It was $ 15 for a filling of my wrapped nails. She didn’t even clean my cuticles, and I never bothered to ask judging by the poor rushed work she did. Eyebrows, I wouldn’t advise any one to get them done here. If you do, please bring gloves because they dont wash their hands. The place just has ambiance, but the workers are fairly new to the trade of doing nails. Maybe they will get better in years to come, they are still young, literally.
