Ordered on Seamless and got my food in 15 minutes! Whoa. Cheese wontons were really good — 10 for $ 5 and change. Comes with sweet and sour sauce too. Rice was fine. I got the white meat General tsos. The chicken was OK, but a little tough/over cooked. The sauce was light, not like the usual dark color. Had a bit of a kick. Overall, I would recommend :)

Some combination platters are very good, such as chicken & egg foo young. Asking for less oil helps a lot. Depending on what you order, this is probably the best Chinese in Brooklyn. Some items on the menu are just that good, the rest are just comparable to your average Chinese restaurant.

Best Chinese in Brooklyn!!! The wonton soup is so delicious sometimes I will just order a few quarts of it and nothing else. All of their dishes have excellent flavor-haven’t gotten a bland item from them yet! Delivery is always before or within their time estimate and food always hot. I haven’t ordered from any other Chinese place since I found them, they’re that good!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem with the food. Everything usually tastes fresh or at least not cold and stale with hard rice like most other chinese take outs are like. They have a online website for ordering online too, I’ve used that once too with no issues. I’ve only ordered chicken with broccoli from here everytime and so far it’s been consistent.

Although the service isn’t the best, the food is pretty okay. It taste like your typical fast food Chinese restaurant. Some dishes taste better than others.

The food is great. I love the scallion pancakes and fried dumplings. After a rough night it’s just what the doctor ordered. The food always comes fast and the delivery guy is super nice and always smiling.

Yeah… so this place is super over priced for terrible food. I ordered General Tso’s Chicken, Boneless Spare Ribs, Hunan Chicken, and a 2-litre. I asked for the two chicken meals to be «extra spicy» because they’re already spicy but i like my food super spicy(i’m ethnic). So i spend $ 40 on all of this(including tip) and when it gets here, not only are my containers busted open and juice spilled all inside, the chicken was NOTSPICYATALL. I mean, I could say«they forgot to put the extra spice» but the thing is, there was no spice to begin with. It was basically just chicken with orange/brown syrup on it. Do NOT order from here. They rip you off and give you burnt meat in thick syrup. I could have made the food better blind, without arms and with a broken stove. Trust me.

We ordered dinner from here because we were really excited for some good NY Chinese. Unfortunately, it was disgusting. The fried vegetable dumplings were just cabbage in what tasted like pizza dough, the general tso’s chicken was overly sweet, the spring rolls and egg rolls were bland and flavorless, the lo mein was greasy and had too much soy sauce. To top it all off we were all feeling queasy for hours afterwards. At least the fortune cookies were good… Go elsewhere for your Chinese.

Wonton soup & fried rice were good. The prices are more than I’m used to paying in my old neighborhood, but they still aren’t bad. Overall I’ll definitely go back seeing as it’s so close by

I’ve recently ordered food from this take out kitchen and my order came with an extra item. It was an insect and I was very disgusted when I finished the food and found out the critter was in the bag with the food the whole time.

Chinese food, you would think, in this neighborhood, should be abundant. Well… it is… but that doesn’t necessarily mean its all good. When Wing Hua closed on 20th Avenue, and Chef Wong on 86th street, and Lotus Inn(Uncle Wong’s to the frequenters) on 65th, Bensonhurst was left with a gap as far as chinese cuisineis concerned. I gave Jade Star a chance, and was pleasantly surprised as far as their food goes. However, this place doesn’t get five stars due to being inconsistent. A couple of days out of the week, it’s just no bueno to grub from here. Try the weekdays, they’re usually the best.

I have been ordering from there for past 5 years with no problems. Always on time and food is always fresh. Staff is very nice and down to earth. Highly recommended.
