Reiki can be described as an Intuitive therapy which brings about healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Developed in 1922 by a Japanese Buddhist (Dr. Usui), it uses a hand-​on-​healing or palm-​healing technique to find energetic blockages in the body, which are then released bringing about deep relaxation and a reduction of stress. Results can include, a feeling of peace, security and wellbeing as well as relief for many maladies and illnesses from toothache to heartache.

I beat my addictions to work, drugs, alcohol, eating disorders and unhealthy or codependent relationships. I went from being chronically depressed, anxious and stressed out to being happy and vibrant both mentally and physically. Now I have dedicated my life to helping others reach their personal wellness goals.

I began seeing Rebecca for Reiki, hoping that energy work alone could help me cope with work and life stress and anxiety. Rebecca listened deeply and with warmth and empathy, and used both Reiki and coaching to help me to reach my goals for overall wellness. She’s truly a special person and a gifted healer. I think I surprised myself at how quickly I felt comfortable with her and at ease sharing my struggles, and how quickly things started to shift for me. She gives 100% to her sessions and follows up between sessions to help you become accountable on your path to turning new behaviors into daily habits. Her space encourages relaxation and healing on all levels by engaging your senses, complementing the Reiki and coaching perfectly. I’m so lucky to have found her, and would encourage anyone who is stuck or struggling to consider contacting Rebecca.

Rebeccas is AWESOME – Warm, compassionate, honest and truly healing. I set out to learn more about Reiki Healing in an effort to help deal with grief after the recent loss of a parent, and some other major life events that had left me pretty brokedown. Because I did not have a lot of experience with Reiki Energy Healing, and certainly no experience with life coaching, I was a bit hesitant at first but I have come to find SO much support, guidance and wisdom from Rebecca that one single session has sinced turned into 8! I have gotten so much more than what was expected out of our sessions, which was simply Reiki. Rebeccas has been essential on my self-​initiated inward journey to deal with loss, learn to love myself again, and just evolve as a human. and, It’s just nice to feel like someone has your back! on top of that, her space is gorgeous and such a lovely retreat from the hectic city that is NYC. I feel so very grateful to have found this gem of a woman. Thank you for all the love Rebecca, i hope everyone can be so lucky to experience all you have to offer!

I recently went through a breakup and thought that my energy could use a little TLC, so I paid Rebecca a visit. During our session I felt completely relaxed as she put her healing hands to work. The result of my Reiki experience was that I felt a deep sense of calm and peacefulness. Rebecca also delievered a bit of intuitive insight relating to my chakras, which I found very helpful. It was almost like getting a little homework to-​do list for my energetic health. I had a great experience. I hightly recommend Rebecca and her intuitive healing powers.

I came to Rebecca with issues around food and overeating. What I actually got from our sessions was more than I could ever expect. She was able to identify underlying emotional issues that I had been suppressing that had been masking itself in my eating habits. In dealing with these suppressed emotions I have been able to get clarity around other issues in my life that had been causing me pain, and have been dealing with them in a healthy and open way. I never imagined that our sessions could lead to these big life changes in all areas of my life that are bringing me to act in line with my highest self. It’s been a process, and Rebecca has been there with me every step of the way. I could not recommend her services more!
