This was the most terrible experience in the Dr Office i ever had .They have the rudest staff with absolutely no sympathy for their patients, who are in pain and are probably there with broken limbs. They yell at patients and are not at all helpful. I am surprised they are still open, I would shut them down for abuse if it was up to me. I encourage everyone who was mistreated at this practice to make a complaint and write a review here.

I came here with someone who was seeing the doctor, it was a horrible experience. The building and office looks new. The wait was ridiculous and there was an issue with what insurance should be used which took up more time. The staff was unorganized and there were personal issues among the staff that were obvious to patients. While I was there someone dropped a glass bottle by accident and there was a huge scene, the person who came to clean up the bottle spill was extremely rude and was yelling at the woman.

Horrible experience. This office feels like human farm, all they seem to care about is scheduling as many appointments in a day as possible. Be ready to wait for your 2 minutes with the doctor for AT LEAST an hour and a half. And if you complaint, the stuff will rudly suggest to go elsewhere. Be ready for multiple visits too, they like to collect their copay.
If you have a choice — stay away.
