Ana was very attentive and very focused on giving me the exact result I wanted and stayed very committed to delivering that result. She led me through each step and outlined and explained each one, and did an excellent job fixing my botched layers and giving me nice, subtle but beautifully blended brown layers. She was also cool to talk with for the 2.5 hours we spent together. I’ll be coming back for a touch up indeeeed.
