I had an appt. to see a GYN at the Prospect Pl location. My appt. was scheduled for 3 p.m. I received a call two days prior to my appt. confirming the time and location. I arrived at 3:03 and was told the doctor was with another patient and that the clinic closed at 3:00 p.m. In all fairness, the doctor came out to speak with me and said she would try to find another physician to see me, but I was uncomfortable and decided to seek services elsewhere.

horrible place! my mother had a cap in her mouth and they took it out for no reason!!! they do work that does not need to be done they do it to steal money!!! do not go there! cannot even get a cab to go home! bad area !!! they are money grubbers! and racist to musilms!

They genuinely DON’T give a fuck about YOU. This place doesn’t know what emergency means and there’s more people chillin and hanging out than taking care of patients. Waiting over 2 hours and all they did was check vitals. I asked a question and goes to check her phone and forgets what I just asked. Extremely unprofessional. How is this place still running? It’s seems more like a socializing area. The janitor gets more work done than the doctors. Im sad that this is what’s most convenient for me in my neighborhood.

Pros: They can diagnose you, write you a prescription that you may need like everu one else «BUT»
Cons: They are a miserable bunch. The doctors sit and make fun of their patients right in front of their faces, people that come in for help have to beg and negotiate for a cup of ice tap water, and they practically elimanate the possibility of any good review or relationship by being plain mean and neglectful.
Bottom line this ego tripping operation should be closed down. No thanks. I’ll go somewhere else. Life is too short to fret about people who get paid to insult their guest’.

Service could be better. .some nurses attend their own and don’t care for white people. .I was left after a blood transfusion. My first even no one observed me and they left me connected to the empty tube 12 hours after it was done

My aunt had a surgery done here. It was the worth experience of her life. The staff is so rude and very unprofessional. Place is a dump and should be condemn. I would never recommend this hospital for anyone or your pet.

I am giving this hospital one star because of the BELOW POOR customer service in the RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT located on the 2^nd floor of the hospital. There is a lady there that seems like she can care less about people and politeness. She is very rude and once told me she doesn’t get paid over time so she can’t help me. The entire Interfaith building needs to undergo training to their workers about their customer service skills. Where’s the passion for helping people that are sick and in need. Workers like her are what drives Interfaith to the ground. I will not be going to Interfaith ever again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know or even to people I don’t know.

I’m suspicious of the good reviews on here. Maybe they got lucky or they are spam accounts trying to improve the hospital’s image.
Went into the ER during the summer. Horrible service. Long wait times, I was in severe pain for 3 – 4 hours before they finally got a hold of the doctor to prescribe some medication. I guess I can consider myself lucky because there are other reviewers complaining of wait times from 6 – 10 hours. What a nightmare. I was there for about a total of 12 hours.
Other patients are screaming and crying out in pain, only to be ignored. Across from me an elderly lady in pain was told to shut up because she was too loud. Tons of homeless and ghetto people filling up the ER, about half of them mentally incapable. The guy next to me faked an emergency just so he could get a hot meal and ice cream. A grown ass man faking an emergency just to get food and ice cream. How sad.
My first nurse was obnoxious and disrespectful. She was a Filipino lady who kept making racial taunts and remarks at me while I’m cringing in pain. The nurse after her was much nicer. The doctor who came to help me was nice as well. I feel bad that the good employees are stuck in such a ghetto dump. I wish I remembered their names so I could at least give them recognition they deserve.
6 months later and I’m still having trouble with billing. Their online system does not work so you can’t access your bill. I have called several times for them to pull up my account and I get different numbers each time. How am I supposed to know how much I should pay if I can’t even see the bill, let alone have reps tell me different numbers every time I call?
Do not go here. This is a ghetto hospital right in the hood (between BedStuy and Crown Heights). If you’re unfamiliar with the area, save yourself the trouble and avoid it.
Go to Lower Manhattan Hospital, it’s only a $ 20 cab ride from Atlantic Terminal. Much cheaper than an overpriced ambulance that will cost hundreds of dollars. Plus everyone over there is so much nicer and will treat you immediately. Don’t believe me? Go and see their review page.

The ER is worse than a nightmare. The Clerks working in the ER are the most uncouth, unprofessional clerks ever with specialty in eye rolling, cussing out patients & bubble gum chewing.
The nurses? I really really wonder where they got most of them from. Ms Rs is the worst of the pack.
Terrible, horrifying experience in this ER. Worse than in a 3^rd world country.
Serious overhaul of ER staff needed urgently to sustain business.

Six hours in the ER waiting to see a doctor. Seven and a half hours total. At one point I was one of three patients, all trying to make eye contact with someone walking by, and we were all ignored. When the hospital chaplain came by to inform me pain is caused by a rotting/​broken relationship with God, that didn’t help.
Maybe for the doctor to finally spend a minute and a half on me and then an hour and a half to write a prescription (after being reminded twice) is normal. There were flies in the waiting room.
The woman in the bed next to mine was still calling out «is someone going to give me something for this pain? I’ve been in pain for hours!» with an empty IV in her hand when I left.
A nightmare.
