History
Established in 1987.
They say success is a journey and not a destination. I think my story taught me that. In my thirties, I found myself a stay-at-home mom who was chronically fatigued, with constant headaches, body aches, allergies and other physical complaints. I knew that before returning to work, I needed to get my health in order.
Well-being was about enjoying nature, physical, emotional and spiritual peace. Boy did I want that back! To reclaim my well-being, I went to chiropractors, intuitive healers, nutritionists and herbalists. All helped along the road to health. What the process also did was awaken my true calling as a healer.
It guided me to my passion in the alternative health field. I am blessed to have found my destiny in my healthcare practice. Join me and my team of skilled professionals – together we can help return you to optimum health!

Business Owner
My goal over the years has been to help improve the health and lives of people impacted by poor nutrition. An integrative approach has evolved that now includes detoxifying the body, balancing energy and educating and supporting people nutritionally with whole food and whole-food supplements.
