Instead of two pieces of hardware, now they need only one «Tell It All» lock

History

Established in 2012.

This is a women owned business. I started 5 years ago with several images of new privacy locks designs on my website to check is there is a market interest. I received quite a few calls. Based on the most interest, I started manufacturing of Elite-​Heights model. Now it is the bestseller. We have more then 1500 small businesses who use our locks, such as restaurants, medical offices, gyms, etc. We are adding new finishes based on the customers’s request.

My story is the story of how from IT professional I became the toilet lock maker.

It all started about 5 years ago.

After the church service I was standing in the line to the restroom.

It felt, like we had been waiting forever.

All of a sudden, these very confident men with telephone at his ear practically flew by the line, pulled the door and closed it right in our faces. All this time the restroom was empty.

In this very moment I knew that something should be done with those restroom doors.

I talked to my friend, he is an engineer inventor and we came up with very simple idea — to add the In-​Use or Vacant indicator to the existing privacy lock.

It feels so good that my indicator locks help people to reduce an unnecessary waiting and eliminate these embarrassing Ooops moment walking on somebody in the restroom. We need to reduce the everyday stress, and indicator locks have a little part in this huge task.
