This well-​curated men’s store is a must-​go when in Williamsburg. From the simple, timeless styles of Penguin to WESC and Life after Denim, they have something for everyone… and every budget. Be sure to stop in when they are having a sale to snag some great deals on some clothes.

Cool store and very well merchandised. Lots to choose from, men or women. The staff are friendly, they greet you and smile at you. Great knits and tees for men as well as some cool shirts from Scotch & Soda and Descendents of Thieves. Commercial but cool brands housed in an inviting setting!

Went there today after Reading some reviews and bought a Baseball hat. The prices here are over the top and even though the quality seems right, not justified. I have seen the same Brands elsewhere alot cheaper. All in all the place will «Outfit» and won’t dissapoint you if you are willing to pay.

They carry Scotch & Soda, WeSc, Penguin Classic, Pendleton and other delicious men apparel which some pieces are also female friendly (they have the fun prints of Hershel bags)!
Speaking of friendly, how about that staff? What a hip store! These sales associates know that a smile is the best way to improve your outfit, and boy do they all have impeccable style to begin with! This boutique knows wassup. They carry staple clothing pieces down to accessories and shoes!
I am telling all my fashionable male friends about this spot!

I could probably clothe myself entirely from their inventory, and get by quite happily.
You know when you meet someone you adore, and they adore you back, you start thinking: wait, what’s wrong with them that they like me? Or what’s wrong with me that I like them?
But then eventually, you just say fuck it, let’s spend the next five years together?
Yeah, that’s this place.
The music was amazing, or maybe I was still on a good one from the club the night before, but whatever.
Great everything: General Supply shoes, hats, vorpal blades suspended in gelatinous cubes, gloves, Penguin shirts, scarfs, messenger bags, bisexual kobolds rubbing each other with vicks vapor rub, naked and famous jeans, persol sunglasses, you name it!
The staff was great: attentive but laid back at the same time. Loved them. Are they pumping amyl nitrate through the vents? Oh, they are? Fabulous.

This is my favorite place to shop for clothes with & for my husband. The staff is extremely polite & helpful & not overbearing at all.
The selection rotates well & they have very good sales once in awhile. We’ve been redoing his wardrobe slowly & a lot of great pieces we buy come from here.

A lot of reasonably priced clothing for men. I browsed through a lot of popular labels like Fred Perry, Penguin, and some other hipster labels. I was going to buy my boyfriend some clothes here but I figured I get a better deal at Bloomingdales. :)
I didn’t even notice if there were sales people, so that means I was never acknowledged right? I think I would only shop here if there were some good sales.

ID is a great place to buy your man a gift! I especially love their button-​down shirts. I don’t know where they get them from, but they’re well made and I love that the cuffs show a bright color when you fold them over.
They also have many Persol sunglasses, which I think are fabulous but a bit expensive for someone like me. I also enjoyed their selection or rings and watches!

You had me at Penguin.
It’s been tough finding a men’s clothing shop that carries a cool, diverse and tasteful inventory of threads like Scotch and Soda, Life after Denim, Shades of Grey and Goorin in one place and a lot of other accessories like shoes, belts, glasses and a few watches. It reminded me a lot of Untitled and Akira back in Chicago where the styles walk a fine line between grown up hipster and distinguished urban. If you’re looking to upgrade from the slogan tees and old-​ass jeans at work this is definitely the place to stock up if you don’t mind dropping half a paycheck.
Staff is really helpful and didn’t mind staying open a bit longer for all the customers streaming in last minute.

The store carries a wonderful selection of nice, hip brands. But what makes it truly exceptional, in my opinion, is the extremely friendly and patient staff who are invested in helping find clothing that looks good and fits well — as opposed to just making a sale.

I’m so glad I’ve found this store. Although I thought about deducting a star since medium shirts are so scarce, I couldn’t do it. They have an amazing selection of all of my favorite brands — Scotch and Soda, Penguin, Goorin, etc. I’ve only lived in Brooklyn for 2 months and I think I’ve dropped close to a grand here already.
If you like «nice» clothes for dudes that fit really well, this is definitely the place for you.

There’s a solid selection of seasonal clothes here that caught my eye as I walked past. If nothing else, it seems as though they have a better selection of canvas shoes than anyone really should.
I actually saw numerous things I would gladly rock, but some of it seems a bit pricey. For instance, when did shorts start going for $ 70 on the regular? They are half the size of pants, and my pants don’t cost that much. At least this pair didn’t, but that’s probably because I’ve been wearing them since 8th grade.*
ID is definitely worth a look for hats, shoes, shirts, and more. In it, I found something that’s extremely rare for me on Bedford: clothes for sale that I would actually wear.

A store just for men, and they stock Penguin and Japanese brand Super Dry. There’s a few other lines too, in addition they also have their own line of clothing. What initially caught my eye was the cool display of shoes and jeans in the big glass window. I’m glad I stopped by, and ended up purchasing a couple of shirts and some form fitting gloves.
