History

Established in 2013.

Halsey Family Health Nurse Practitioner Services of New York was founded in 2013 with a mission to provide access to quality health services. Halsey Family Health NP Services is a Nurse Practitioner organization that is operated by Dr. Keran S. Hill, Family Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Keran Hill is a dedicated and patient-​oriented family nurse practitioner serving her patients in Brooklyn and Jamaica, New York. Dr. Hill is currently providing her patients with care at three locations, Halsey Family Health Nurse Practitioner Services of New York, HELP/​PSI Incorporated, and Phoenix House Foundation in Brooklyn. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State, the American Society for Colonoscopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP), and the International Anal Neoplasia Society (IAN).

Dr. Hill received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the State University of New York’s Downstate Medical Center. Then, she attended the Long Island University to earn her Master’s degr
