H&R Block

I’ve been doing my taxes through the internet for the past 4 years. I was recommended by my friends that I should do my taxes in person who is trained in tax services. I took their advice.
I chose a representative who had the most experience in this office, who can probably maximize my deductions. However, after ten minutes of conversing with my representative, I realized she was a bit condescending, and jaded by the whole experience.
I don’t expect her to be enthusiastic about dealing with a novice like me, however, any tax advice would’ve helped A LOT, especially since I knew a couple of facts that she never brought up!
I will NEVER go to H and R Block (at least to this one), since it was the BIGGEST waste of my time. Save your time folks, get a premium service like Turbo-​Tax or at least to a FREE federally funded service.

DO NOT GO TO H&R BLOCK EVER.
H & R Block did my taxes in 2007. They charged me $ 600, way more than a regular tax accountant, I found out a year later when I went to a normal person.
FF to 2009 — I get a letter telling me that I underreported my taxes that year and that I owe $ 600 plus a $ 300 fee.
