The staff at this location is really nice however, they don’t seem to know what they are doing. My taxes were done completely wrong, I paid the state over $ 2,000 when in fact I come to find out both NY and NJ owed me money. Luckily, I purchased the insurance so I was able to have it fixed at a different branch but it was a huge hassle and I had to re-​file all of my taxes. For what they charge you are better off going to a regular accountant.
