The review from this Lisa M sounds like a very upset person ejected from the shop for having no connection with the shop to give a review like that if you were smart you would see all the flawless tattoos posted on this page along with the outstanding reviews. This person sounds like a total fake just out to spread her dislike for the top shop in the area because we would not tattoo them its sounds like total lies and made up by a child. Read the positive reviews of the 3rd oldest shop in Brooklyn oldest in Bay Ridge. why are we in business for 25 years? Sorry but you are clearly wrong.

I was tattooed by Mark a while ago. My boyfriend did too. His work is awful. Every day we both regret the day we let Mark tattoo us. Once the tats heeled, they looked even worse. Thick, crooked lines, poor shading, just terrible. We are both in the process of getting his terrible work covered up. We are both heavily tattooed and we are both embarrassed to have his crappy work. I have never had such a bad experience before. He was rude, crude, and had terrible BO. (I’m being honest here) most of all, his work sucks. I didn’t even want to give the one star but that was the lowest. If you want quality work, do not go to Mark.

I cannot tell you about the price nor skill of this parlor but i can say they are not punctual. I went on a sunday to get a walk-​in tattoo from recommendation. it opens at 1pm (from the sign) and i was there from 12:30pm-2:15 pm. The shop was still not open.

Mark is the man! i have all my work done by him excpet one piece i got when i was 18 and im now 31. He is a friend and a brother! His prices are unmatched. Myslef my wife and my entire wifes family go to him and his partner alan. alan is also a great guy! The are the best around. No one beats there work or there prices! Its a great shop with great personalities and alot of cool stuff to look at inside. The are the nicest people you will find. Bottom line is if you dont go here then you are missing out BIG TIME!

I took my 19 year old daughter to Groove Tattoo to get her first tattoo (a memorial tattoo for her deceased boyfriend). Mark was AWESOME! He was very friendly, fast, humorous, and the tattoo itself wasn’t expensive at all and it looks great. I’d definitely recommend this place! Some of us are going back on Saturday to get tattoos for ourselves.

The place is the best shop in the area.22 years they are the 3rd oldest tattoo shop in Bklyn. They have a great Instagram page with all great tattoos. groove _tattoo.Go to this shop the prices are very affordable and they are very cool.

Been getting tattooed by mark for 14 years mark and Allen are good old friends of mine when ever I’m in Brooklyn looking to get ink this the place I go too good prices friendly place. You just can’t and I mean can’t beat he’s prices. Also excellent work!

All of my tattoos are from groove and all of them look great. They have BY FAR the best prices I’ve ever heard of and I’ve become friends with all of the tattoo artists there. This place is the only therapy I need!
