So far so good. He is very young but warm on the phone. My initial thoughts after seeing him today was, is he experienced enough to handle my case? He answered with confidence after I asked and said «I did 19 Hold Overs today», a sigh of relief. The charge for a Hold Over is $ 600 upfront and $ 600 after 30 days if your tenant doesn’t leave. The $ 1200 includes the process server and the first court date. After that it’s $ 175 for 1.5 hours of his time. You pay for the Marshalls separately. It’s $ 300 per hour for anything outside of the retainer agreement.
I will update my review after I see how well he handles my case!
