Readings

There is no airy fairy, hocus-​pocus smoke and mirrors, no grand show. So, if that’s what you’re looking for, I’m NOT the right fit. What I can guarantee though is down to earth, real, straight-​forward honesty and that I will only tell you what or who I’m seeing or hearing. Being a skeptic myself though, I make whatever spirits show up validate who they are. I recognize the incredible responsibility that comes along with my work. People trust that I will give them the truth — often in the form of people they have loved — so I always relay only exactly what I see and hear. Nothing more, Nothing less.

I LOVE psychics, I have been to so many, and when I found out about Gemma, I was very exited. I made my appointment and it took me 3 months to see her.
it has been around 6 months since I went and absolutely everything she said was wrong. You may have more accurate readings from any 5 dollar palm reading on the street.
The things she said would happen, not only did not happen, but the exact opposite actually happened.
She is very kind, and you will be amused by her wit and sense of humor, but its so expensive and un-​accurate that it is jus not worth it.

Went to Gemma few years back during a time I wanted some insight and direction. She is a sweet woman with great sense of humor. I even brought my mom to her. I rate her as 3 stars because nothing she advised really came about. Her timing of things did not materialize neither for me or my mom. Tried to go back and consult her again only to find that she had no appointments available and her prices had doubled. I think she would be good if you are looking for a medium experience; not so much life direction or insight.

I went for round 2. Sooo ok, I wasn’t as blown away this time but IMO Gemma is 100% sincere and I do believe she has a gift. I think this reading was different for me because 1) it wasn’t my first so this time I came with expectations 2) I’m nowhere near as lost as I was when I went to her the first time.
Still…I mean if you’re not a believer then you’re not and that’s ok. You will find a reason to doubt everything she tells you, you will find a reason to justify how she found these things out about you… and again that’s ok. I still feel like the things she told me were pertinent to where I am in my life and basically help point me one way or the other.
I stand by my opinions that Gemma is authentic and awesome. Her price alone kina states that — her booking availability also shows how in demand she is. So if you’re in the market for some magical talk go check her out.

Love her! I needed some spritual guidance duirng a time in my life when I had lost a few people really close to me and needed to have some closure with it. I have seen other cairvoyants, but their messages have always been a little murky and hard to detangle for clear information. Gemma was the exact opposite of that! I booked an expedieted session (for an additional fee) with her and she got me in just a few days after my intial request. I booked with her via email and give her zero info about why I was booking. When we finally connected on the phone, she told me how she does what she does and with no other words from me– she began telling me all the messages she had been getting for the previous half hour from my Speople (spirit people). I didn’t say a word besides maybe a mmmhmm. for that entire half hour. There is no doubt in my mind that Gemma was helping me to connect with both my mother and my dog that had recently passed away. She said things about my childhood that nobody knows besides my mom and in such a way that it felt like I was on the phone wth my mom. I am a true believer that Gemma is the real deal. Some things she said about the future have already come true (the reading was 1 month ago) and I am curious to see about the rest. Regardless of the future predictions, her ability to connect with the other side is amazing and worth every penny! I have already recommended to her many friends who have also booked with her for a future date (shes booking 2 months out right now). She gave me closure and peace of mind in one of the most difficult points in my life. I highly recommend her!

Gemma is absolutely the real deal. She had pages of notes from my spirit people and the details she had were spot on. Hi I received a reading from gemma yesterday. It scared me some of the things she said… she’s very nice and easy to talk to. I felt very at ease as soon as I walked through the door. She seemed to know a lot of things i was thinking about doing. When you first arrive, she already has written about you which was impressive. I loved my reading and will be back. I requested a reading with Gemma Deller before the 13th because I might have to uproot my whole life and move out of NY.
She requires payment before she gets back to you.
I did Paypal and then I received an email with a date way past the time I needed the reading.
I was shocked and dismayed.
I asked her in numerous emails to please see me sooner as I had a life altering pssible relocation… and had to have it sooner as I specified and she refused.
She is ONLY in it for the money. No refunds. Nothing. Beware of using her because when a phychic only cares about money to this extent they cannot give you an accurate reading.

Gemma is great!
After reading positive reviews on Unilocal I booked an appointment, paid via PayPal, and waited a few weeks for the time to arrive.
When I arrived I was greeted by Gemma, who is very warm and friendly.
As other folks mentioned, by the time I arrived at her apartment she had written down a few pages of notes based on her communication with guides and spirits.
I was hoping to connect with my father, who passed away when I was very young. Without saying a word she mentioned that my father was communicating with her.
Some of the things that came out in the session were *SO* accurate that I literally got goosebumps. These things ranged from stuff that’s going on with me on a personal level, drama at work, my innermost passions, etc. There was no way she could’ve known these things ahead of time since there are not «generic.»
I left the session feeling good an very hopeful in general. She validated many of the things I was feeling and gave me a little «push» to pursue things I’ve subconsciously been too scared to do.
Gemma is well worth the money, wait (for an appointment) and commute to Brooklyn!

I saw Gemma for the first time recently, and she totally rocked my face off.
First of all, I showed up and she already had 3 pages of notes she had been taking while communicating with my loved ones before my arrival. And these notes were all dead on.
As she had suggested, I came prepared with a number of questions to ask, but honestly, she covered all of my questions without me even needing to prompt her.
I was very much hoping to connect with my mother during our session and boy did we ever. Gemma and my mom were laughing and sharing amazing insights with me, and I honestly just left feeling like me and my mom were just sitting around and hanging out together for an hour – which is something that I have missed dearly since her passing.
Based on advice she was receiving from my loved ones, Gemma offered me direction on pretty much every issue in my life that I have been questioning, struggling with or wondering about. She is clearly incredibly gifted, and also lots of fun to hang with!

Gemma is great. She has you prepare a list of questions prior to your visit with her and she starts receiving and writing down the answers before you get there. Without ever seeing my list of questions, she launched into a detailed discussion the second I got there. Gemma has helped me find more confidence to do what I should be doing career-​wise by telling me that’s what I am meant to be doing (again without any specific info from me to guide her).
More remarkably, Gemma was able to relay messages from my deceased brother imbued with the exact same sarcasm and playful arrogance he had in life. It was really uncanny the way she knew his energy and made it clear that he was there in the room. He also mentioned to her the necklace of his that I had brought with me before I had gotten it out to show to her (she recommends that you bring an object or photograph of a deceased person if you want her to connect with them).
The details Gemma gave me about my past and current life were dead on. I can’t speak to the things she predicted yet, but I am excited to see how they will turn out. If you have been looking to reconnect with a deceased friend/​relative or are in need of some direction, I highly recommend her. She will be honest with you about your strengths and weaknesses, affirming the things you know deep down you need to work on. I am somewhat new to the whole psychic thing and healthfully skeptical but Gemma’s down to earth attitude and friendliness will definitely put you at ease. Take the chance and go see her!

I went to see Gemma on a Friday afternoon, and I will agree with Lucien H… she is very warm and very caring. I wont get into much detail about the actual reading but there were things that she discussed that she should not have known or could not have known unless she is the real deal. She allowed me to come to peace with some things and for that I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have had this reading performed.
She’s real; gives it to you how it is and I appreciate that.

My time spent with her was incredibly worthwhile. She provided me with enough insight into my loved ones, career, personality, romance, etc. to help me approach the next 6 months of my life better. She eased some of the stresses and thoughts that had been brewing in my mind of late. She also provided valuable insight on the people significant in my life.
