STAY AWAY!!!
Horrible service and it’s a total rip off. You call them and they give you a time frame for the technician to arrive. My technician arrived 2 hours early and had to identification to prove he worked for the company, was wearing slippers, and there is no car that shows up with their logo on it. This guy came with his mom and when I asked him why he was there so early he said he didn’t know, that they just sent him. He then asked if his mom could also come in with him and wait inside our cool home. Please understand these are strangers being asked to be let into my home. I called and they verified he was in fact the technician they sent.
I was watching TV but had to stop because I let the mom in and it was uncomfortable to sit there with a total stranger inside my home. The guy proceeded to press buttons and do everything I told him I did and he still went ahead and did it. He asked if I had the disk that came with the computer because he had them all except mine, conveniently enough. My computer did not come with a disk, it was all done online. He said he couldn’t do anything with out the disk. Time is ticking and he is still doing nothing but doing what I had already done. I called their 800 number and said this isn’t working. They said I would need to reinstall everything and loose everything I had in my computer. Basically did nothing and charged me $ 100 for a sticky, sweaty, guy that showed up in slippers, stained my chair with his sweat and arrived with him mom at my door. Very unprofessional and rude.
When it came time to pay they had to call headquarters who said I needed to get online and pay while the technician was there to verify I in fact paid. Keep in mind my computer does not work. So I had to lend the guy my phone to get to where I had to pay online and then show him proof my transaction went through. Like we were thief’s and weren’t going to pay. The guy on the phone was just the rudest. He was load, rude, and tried to be degrading. Last I checked I’s the customer. I couldn’t wait to get them out of my home. They are horrible and unprofessional people that don’t know who the hell they are sending to your home. They are based far away and they hire local people to come to your home.

We went to our local staples and my computer was fixed that same day and it was painless and cost less.
