Established in 2012.

Nataliya I. Gavlin is a principal and founding partner of Gavlin & Associates, P.C. Ms. Gavlin has an extensive experience in all immigration matters. Ms. Gavlin has successfully represented hundreds of clients before the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, Federal Appellate Courts, United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), and Administrative Appeals Office. Ms. Gavlin is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Gavlin is admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second and Fourth Circuits. Ms. Gavlin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has attended the National AILA Conference in Boston in 2014. Ms. Gavlin is a strong advocate of immigrants’ rights, fighting to prevent notario fraud/​abuse, inform the public of their rights and available benefits, and represent clients from different countries before various immigration agencies.
