Workers here are awesome I have to say. Midnight launches that they do is well organized and fun. Overall this place is pretty solid and it is now my go to gamestop.

Gotta give props to the only person working in there, Andrew. He’s professional, articulate, asks questions, and informative. Great attitude!

I live in the area and come here often to check on used games and place Reservations on limited or Collectors edition games. The sales and deals here are the same you would find an at GameStop location so there is not much to say if you already know the deal. Although the 2 previous reviews state how bad the staff is here, I personally have never had an issue with them. When I come in I am always greeted and asked is I need assistance. Normally I already know what I want but sometimes I ask what the current sales might be. They are usually very knowledgeable on games if they themselves have played them and have been truthful if the game sucks or is good. Yes, they will ask repeatedly if I want to Reserve new games but this is their job to ask as that is what brings in repeat business. The store itself is normally always clean, unless it is super crowded and kids are running around.(During Holidays) The layout is easy to follow as everything is labeled clearly so I always find what I’m looking for. This location is pretty stocked with used games and used accessories. Parking can be a pain in this area but it’s the closest Gamestop to my house so I continue to come back.

The fat piece of shit at the store is running a slick scam /credit card fraud operation. He asked me if I’m subscriber to ‘game informer digital’, I told him no and I don’t want to to be subscribed to anything just let me pay. Then he casually asked for my name and e-mail and entered it anyways, when I question him about this he said I would get a discount on games. Upon receiving receipt back there was a charge of $ 14.99 for ‘game informer digital’, I asked him about this and he told me that it’s ‘okay’ and ‘i’m saving ALOT of money!’. I looked at receipt and it was OBVIOUS I’m paying $ 10 more on ‘taxable total’ so I came back 10 minutes later to get this taken care of and this scammer started taking off everything and acting like the fraudulent charge was still saving me money. Here is the kicker. he rang up UFC3(used) for Xbox and Fight Night undisputed(used) at ORIGINAL used prices listed on web site as striked out and told me that I’m loosing money now. Keep in mind receipt I have shows discount I got with his fraudulent subscription charge that he added which is WAY below the price he was pretending the games are selling for. So the WEBSITE and RECEIPT– discount % show the price of: $ 37.99UFC $ 26.99 Fight night champion Which is $ 64.98(taxable at 8.875%) for a rounded total of $ 70.75. Receipt AND web site reflect that price. The total he ‘fake’ rang up after I questioned him was: $ 74.98 + tax making it $ 81.6 because he faked the price of UFC game to ‘old original’ used price $ 47.99 to look like subscription was still saving me money and claimed(flat out) that the game cost $ 47.99 now when web site ANDMYRECIEPT clearly showing that this is NOT the case! The original receipt with fraudulent charge is $ 78.66 so he is trying to scam me for almost $ 8.00. I’m going to go back tomorrow for the third time after calling my credit card company to report fraud.

Somewhere in the GameStop employee manual, it must read: When you have customers in, say this out loud: «I hate these people. They just walk in here, look at shelves. They don’t buy anything.» The employees here are so worthless that they should be working at GameStop. No, wait, wait, they DO work at GameStop. GameStop sucks. Long live Jackie Chan(what?)
