I just had my bathroom tub and tile refinished by G&G tile. Lev was responsive from beginning to end and the work is very good. I emailed for an estimate, was told to send pics, which I did. I received an estimate in 24 hours and set up the job for 3 weeks later. I confirmed the job a few days before the appointment and they showed up exactly when promised. When the job was completed, it looked great, but there were a couple of gaps in the grout job. Lev immediately sent someone out to correct the issue. All in all, I wish every contracting experience could be like this one.
I cannot attest to how well the job will hold up since the work is not even a week old, but it looks quality and it comes with a 3 year guaranty.
As for the process, it leaves a film of dust EVERYWHERE, just so you know. It is unavoidable. Also, the smell is VERY STRONG, but you should expect that too. It took a whole day I think for it to go away. None of these are reasons not to do the work, just know what you’re getting into.

G&G made my old and worn tub look brand new. I was very pleased with the results as well as with the man who did the work. Boy does the chemical stink for a while till it dries, but it was well worth it. Should have done it years ago.

My job in BayRidge was a small one, needed reglazing and some plumbing, new toilet and sink. They delivered everything, did the glazing, and wanted o refund money instead of installing. I balked at it, and they installed it. Other than that a great job.

Lev was terrific at helping us to locate the fixtures we needed to remodel a bathroom to make it handicap accessible. His was one of the few stores that carried the equipment, and he was very quick at securing them for us. Plus, his price was the best. When we had questions, he got back to us. He has my highest recommendation.

My third purchase from G&G over 10 years. Bought tubs, vanities, shower doors, faucets and even small accessories like shelves for the shower. Lev and Gregory are very helpful and have many different options to choose from. Most items need to be ordered and take about 2 weeks to arrive.

Beware. For a 2pm appointment the guy showed up at 3:30pm and because of my building’s workman hours, it was too late to start the work. Wasted everyone’s time. And I ended the day with an unglazed tub. I would not take what they say at face value. Caveat Emptor.

I manage 2 apt buildings and have used the tub reglazing service several times now. The work is excellent! We had a pink tub in one bathroom that we had reglazed white and no one would know the difference. The work is done quickly and scheduling is a breeze. Makes the bathroom look brand new. Great work and I will continue to use this service for other units in my buildings when needed.

Old Brownstone tub and sink really need resurfacing — had no idea where to find a local glazer.
They were great — the tub and sink which had rust stains and turquoise water stains just came out perfectly sparkly white — this service is not cheap and you could go to HD and buy a can of spray and do it yourself and make a shit show out of everything — don’t do it.
Hire these guys — really worth it.
He came in, treated the rust discolored areas taped off everything in the bathroom (I removed as much as I could) sprayed and was out of there.
I was very impressed and will definitely hire this crew again — it was only one person in the house.
The odor hung out for a day but, then gone — we don’t have windows in the bathroom.
Well worth the money!

Really terrible experience. We bought our tub from here for the sole reason that we were promised it would be in on a certain date and we were trying to complete a time-​sensiitve renovation. It was not and didn’t arrive for more than a week after the date we were promised. I was repeatedly told I would get a call from the owner; I did not. I was promised a tracking number; I never got it. I was promised I would get 5% off of the cost; I did not. And perhaps most amazingly, when the tub finally arrived, I was told it would be delivered by 1 p.m. and it didn’t arrive until nearly 5 because they didn’t have a truck big enough to deliver a bathtub. But their whole business is bathtubs. Stay away.
