Great quality clothing at reasonable prices(especially with the unrealistically overpriced Paul Smith across the street) — Fred Perry is a great place to shop. They also have some of the nicest sales staff you’ll encounter. I haven’t felt that welcomed in a store in ages. And besides, where else can you get a great pair of new kicks for under $ 60(and NOT on sale!)? I love me some Fred Perry!

Not really a fan. I came here a little while ago and didnt feel welcomed. I was in the dressing room and was asked if «everything is okay» i know that may seem like im being weird but feels like that happens in all these new clothing stores that popped up in Williamsburg when it became hipstervile. Also the clothing cost a pretty penny so i deserve to be treated better, this place sucks i give two stars because the clothes are dope.

Very friendly staff and lots of stuff on sale. The workers there hooked me up and even told me about a sale coming up. Will shop here again

Great selections and prices especially on a holiday sale. Staff are very warm and accommodating. They will even inform when would be the greatest time to purchase when its on sale.

Always a good something to find here. Discounts are not crazy but they exist. Classic FP stuff like polos are pretty cheap compared to their original cost. Staff is nice. The shop does sales event and then you can get priority access to really good stuff. The shop has a ping pong table for those who are worried to have to wait while waiting for friends to try stuff on.

Very cool spot. Managed to get some polos in my size but you definitely are rolling the dice when you come here but I guess that’s the nature of a surplus store. The discounts are legit and selection is surprisingly good. Worth stopping in at the end of the seasons, not so much in the middle of them.

So nice to get authentic Fred Perry apparel without it costing an arm and a leg. The store is always organize/merchandised well and they have more sizes in back stock. Love the staff… The manager, Caitlin, is amazing and everyone is really knowledgable on the product.

I begin this review by conveying to the reader that I visited this establishment on Saturday, July 12, 2014. The Fred Perry Surplus store is spacious, clean and very well organized. I am an extremely conscientious, observant, particular man. This store exceeded my expectations. The merchandise was shipshape, neatly folded and generously priced. The staff was warm and friendly without being overbearing. The young lady behind the counter that helped me complete my purchase was welcoming with affable eyes. She was inherently hospitable by nature with most sincere mannerisms and a genuine smile that could liven up even the most wretched of personalities. Lightheartedness and good nature is contagious. Happiness never decreases by being shared. I highly recommend a visit to the Fred Perry Surplus store. A most pleasant shopping experience. Thank you. Sincerely, Christopher Zampella

This place gets 5 stars for their awesome shoe selection for both men and women! Prices are ridiculous… I got a pair of high top sneakers on sale for $ 27. They had women’s loafers and ballet flats around $ 20 too. Those were on additional markdown, but even the regular sale shoes were mostly under $ 100. Clothing discounts were not as deep, but still worthwhile if you are a fan of the brand’s simple and preppy designs. I found the women’s wear ran a bit large and there was less selection in the smaller sizes. The menswear selection seems better and in addition to their classic polos, they have lots of nice accessories(bags, wallets, leather goods). Service is friendly and warm and the store is spacious and well-organized. I will definitely make this a regular stop whenever I’m in Williamsburg.

Fred Perry is a perfect alternative for guys who are either too old(mid 20s to late 30s) for the mainstream casual clothing brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Zara, Uniqlo, or H&M, and want something different for their everyday casual wear. The store itself is pretty well-stocked and spacious. Staff are pleasant and approach you to ask if you need any assistance. There are also plenty of sale items that look good just like the ones that are in season. Prices are slightly higher than the mainstream casual clothing brands but quality is awesome. Personally, I’m mostly into their Polo shirts that come with their brand’s signature Laurel wreath logo embroidered on them that gives it a classic yet chic look to it. The fit is slim/easy muscle fit, so they’re really comfortable without being tacky and too tight like Abercrombie & Fitch/Hollister polo shirts. Surprisingly, the brand has a major following among the Gays, who are known to have good taste. Oh yeah, last but not least, the brand started out in England, but now owned by a Japanese corporation, hence the quality.

I have always been a fan of Fred Perry Clothing line. Of course, when you walk by this discount store, you have to stop by to see what ‘s on sale. This store offers variety of articles such as polos, shoes, bags, etc, and the best part is that they have polos in my size! I managed to grab one Twin Tipped Polo Shirt and Deconstructed Barrel Duffel Bag for half price. I’m a happy shopper! Oh, don’t forget to grab some free button pins at the register. There are so cute!

Oh, swoon! I was shocked and so happy to find a Fred Perry outlet store mere blocks from my apartment. I was even happier to see that the prices rivaled the shopping highlight of my year — the Fred Perry sample sale! They had Harringtons and polos for men in any color imaginable — some polos were even as low as $ 40. I wish the ladies selection was better– both price wise and selection wise, but the selection of shoes and bags more than made up for it. Additionally, the service was great — offers to pull more sizes out of the back if I needed it, and let me drool over every rack(sometimes more than once!) without being overbearing or super aloof — something the Soho store could really use work on. Needless to say, this place is perfect — and I am preparing to spend way too much money here. Even though the ladies stuff is slim pickins, my boyfriend will certainly be decked out. Now, if there was only a Lambretta outlet …
