If I could give it a BIG FAT MINUS ZERO, I would! Every bad review was right on point and have literally experienced the same.
The front desk staff lack basic professionalism. They are loud, rude and obnoxious. The dentist is just as rude and unprofessional. When I was there, they (the staff and the dentist) were arguing and talking about another person on staff and they didn’t care who heard them.
I was called once to cancel my appointment due to the doctor attending an emergency at the hospital. Now that I come to read about others and their reviews, I’m sure it was all a lie.
The wait is incredibly long. My appointment was for 12:30 and by the time I left that hell hole, it was 4:30. I thought I would die.
Awful so called cleaning or lack of proper cleaning. The whole cleaning laster 2 mins. Finally, being in the healthcare industry, I’m very aware of aseptic procedures and the staff was not adhering to them.
This place should be shut down and I am going to submit a complaint to the BBB as well!

It’s been far too long since I was able to do a dentist visit and once insured again I went to this office as they took my particular plan. The goal was for a simple cleaning and a checkup. When I arrived nice and early for my appointment, I found the waiting room empty except for one Mother waiting on her daughter’s appointment. I had signed in and then watched as numerous people walked in off the street and somehow were attended to before me. OK perhaps they had earlier appointments, but again this was for a cleaning. A usually 20 minute process. After about an hour and a half I was taken to a back room for x-​rays where I waited another 30 minutes to be x-​rayed and then onto a second room for the cleaning and exam. 45 minutes went by for this and I finally got up and asked what the hell was going on with this kind of wait. Then I got some nice theater from a doctor who was suddenly concerned with the delay and he looked into my mouth for perhaps 30 seconds before diagnosing that numerous fillings needed crowns now. That seemed a bit pricy but I guess they felt the insurance would cover this.
My cleaning was the fastest ever and not too thorough. I honestly brush my teeth longer than the Hygienist did this. she was friendly enough but wow did I feel under served in this. A return appointment was made and I stressed to do a filling replacement and not be concerned with numerous unnecessary crowns. I was not even going to do this Unilocal until I cleared my day, and cancelled anything that I had to do for this appointment which was two full weeks later. On arrival the woman at the desk said we are closed today because the doctor wanted a day off. I said but I had an appointment and she insisted that I did not and that all patients were contacted a few days before. when I stressed that I had not been called, she said to produce the little card that said my appointment and once that was locked into my phone I discarded it. Since I didn’t have it she maintained that I was mistaken and then proceeded to tell me that I was not even in the system yet. Wow. Considering I last visited over two weeks ago that shocked me so had the office been open I still would have been out of luck. She continued with my being mistaken about the appointment since I did not have the card to prove I was supposed to be here and since she herself handed me this thing the last time I sternly replied, «so I am a liar now too, well listen its understandable for you to make a mistake since you were more concerned about the coffees that were being ordered at that time». Yes this was the case, so while I do not like leaving crappy Unilocal about places, I was done here for sure.
As I left she told me there was new management of the office and limited staff. I am sure the managers love the idea of a doctor taking off because he wants to in a place that is only open two days a week. I will not be returning there and I did contact my insurer about the experience because I had to now find another place to go. Hopefully others will have a better experience but I sure didn’t.

Im an HHA who took an elderly woman to this dentist for dentures. It take multiple appointments to get this done. I have been coordinating appointments with the Secretary at this office. She is very friendly and funny. The staff is very professional. No problems at all. Office is clean. Dentist very nice, attentive, professional and even has a good sense of humor. They did an exceptional job and she is happy with her dentures.

Dentist is very friendly as is the staff. Wait time is good and I’m usually taken to the back in a timely manner. Had my wisdom tooth extracted recently and the process was very smooth. He numbed my gums very well and within 15 minutes the tooth was out without me feeling a thing.

I was very afraid of needles before coming here. But then I met Dr. Taylor, who adminstered the needle very carefully and I didn’t feel a thing! He was quick and professional, and I was in and out in no time. The front desk staff was very friendly as well. I will go back for future dental work if I need it.

First off, the earlier you get there, the less of a wait you will have. I never arrive after 12, as I hear the wait can get extremely long. If you arrive at 10 or 11 am, right when they open, the wait is fairly short.
Older receptionist is kind of power trippy. Younger receptionist is SO helpful. Had an emergency tooth extraction here, after years of putting it off. The new addition Dr Farhad, performed the extraction. She was amazing. She answered all my questions, made me feel at ease. The nurses there are very sweet, and comforting. The «cleaning» is kind of a joke– they just brush some paste on your teeth and call it a day. The Hispanic doctor (forgive me, I don’t know his name), is also amazing. He is thorough, honest, and patient.
I definitely recommend this place for scaredy cats who need fillings/​extractions done. Most of the staff is amazing, and very competent. The two doctors I mentioned are stellar, and take their jobs seriously, but are laid back enough for you to really feel comfortable.
I do not recommend this office to people who get completely bent out of shape waiting to be seen, or because they don’t know how to deal with a cranky old receptionist who is on a constant power trip.
