Today around 6pm my friends called to check if the store is an orchid plant. We needed orchid for my friends grand opening gift. The lady said yes and my friend asked if they are open and she said «yes». The store hour also says «close at 7:00pm». She went to the store at 6:35pm and found out that the store was closed!!! I get it if we didn’t call, but we called and made sure that the store is open. How rude is it for store to close when they know that they r expecting customer? Plus they closed way before their store hours. Such cold hearted thing to do. I’m sure their flowers are pretty but i am just so shocked that they shut door on us.

We recently discovered Flourish and are so glad we did! The floral designs are beautiful. They are modern with architectural and sculptural details. We received a beautiful arrangement featuring orchids, grasses and ivy. Even the container was beautiful. The customer service at Flourish was wonderful. Fabiana really cares about her work and the satisfaction of her clients. I am very happy they are in Williamsburg and look forward to having their arrangements in my home again. I highly recommend them as a wonderful, creative florist!

Michael, the designer at Flourish was amazing. He had a very creative eye and was able to help me design several arrangements for an event. Everyone asked who did the flowers so it definitely was successful. Highly recommend anyone with creative needs to work with Michael and Flourish.

Great new flower shop in the neighborhood. We came in for my fiancé’s birthday and got a few succulents for the apartment and a small arrangement. Michael was super helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
