Floral Fantasy

I have had good experiences here in the past, maybe a year ago or longer, but lately I am in good company when I say the service is just horrible! I came in yesterday to get a small arrangement and an older «gentleman» was «helping» me and assembling my order. I don’t know where to begin to describe how rude, demeaning and miserable this person was. He basically yelled at me for mistaking pink flowers for purple (they were purple, I’m familiar with colors I don’t care how many f’ing flowers you’ve laid your eyes on). He was just plain nasty and on top of that, half of my hydrangeas and surrounding filler leaves were brown. You are better off going to Key Food for your bouquet.

These guys are incredible. I have used them many times on many different occasions and they always impressed me with there work. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully designed. Their employees are all very helpful with any help or questions I need answered and can help you work with whatever your budget is. I will most definitely be using them for all my future floral needs.

This company also offers photography. My mom hired them for my wedding. For $ 1200.00 we got 400+ proofs (unedited) & a dvd.
There were 80 guests at my wedding. The photographer got pictures of 4.
There were no pictures of guests during the ceremony or reception.
Did I mention, the proofs are unedited, which means the water stains on clothes are prominently visable, as well as, the perspiration covering my face. I’m the bride!
My photos make me cry. When I called to complain about the photos, I was told I should have told the photographer what I wanted him to do. Are you f*@king kidding me?
If you are considering using their photography, word to the wise «DON’T DO IT!»

These guys are awesome! I’ve ordered flowers from them a few times, and they are always fresh and beautiful. They are very polite and helpful, and willing to explain everything. I plan on speaking to them about my upcoming wedding!

When my only daughter was making her first holy communion, I decided to ordered from Floral Fantasy. Don’t remember why, but I did. On the day of her communion, I was sitting in church w/​her bouquet watching the ceremony & 2 of the flowers fell off. I was shocked. I only had them about 1 ½ hrs. By the time we got to the photographers, the flowers were all broken off. Her communion pictures have her w/​a plastic bouquet. Needless to say I was really pissed off & called them. They did nothing to alleviate my anger. Not happy at all. Flash forward 10 yrs later. A long time childhood friend of my died suddenly. She was 46 y/​o. Our families have been best friends long before we were born & now our kids are all good friends. So this isn’t just someone that I knew that passed. This was a sister/​cousin/​friend all in one. Against my better judgement I ordered flowers from Floral Fantasy again only because they were across the street from the funeral parlor. When I got to the parlor, I was mortified & embarrassed by the flowers they sent. I had ordered 20 white Lilly’s only 5 were opened. By the end of the whole possession, I had a total of 7 flowers opened (3 days later). I called them up about a week later (I was still in mourning & upset by her passing) & told them how upset I was by the flowers that were sent in my name. I was told I should have called that same day & they can only give me a $ 10 credit on my card. I WAS FURIOUS! I am telling you all right now… NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM FLORAL FANTASY!!! They are the biggest crooks I have ever had the displeasure of ever having to do business with. Trust me when I tell you I will NEVER order from them again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I just wish there was a rating less than 1 star.
