We offer eye exams that range from routine to medical. We also examine patients for contact lenses. For new contact lens fittings, we offer a full training, as well as follow-up consultations. We fit our patients with lenses like Acuvue, Freshlook, Bausch and Lomb, & daily wear lenses; just to name a few.

Our eyewear selection is unsurpassed! We carry a vast number of designers, which are moderately priced, (not to break your bank account) that includes Fendi, Gucci, Chanel, Versace, Prada along side many more designers to choose from. From a patient’s first pair of eyewear to the most experienced frame buyer.

History

Established in 1966.

At Flatbush Optical, we are dedicated to providing each of our customers the opportunity to have 2020 vision. We believe that everyone should have the right to enjoy 100% clear vision! A top priority of ours is to invest in the latest eye care technology in order to make sure our customers have the ability to have better vision. Our offices include the latest visual field by Zeiss, A visual field test is an examination that may be performed to analyze a patient’s visual field. The exam may be performed by technician in one of several ways. The test may be performed by a technician directly, with the assistance of a machine, or completely by an automated machine. Machine based tests aid diagnostics by allowing a detailed printout of the patient’s visual field.

We believe in fast and efficient service. A majority of our customers enjoy receiving their prescription eyewear within 1 hour, and contact lens wearers are usually notified for pick up the next day after their visit.
