Fedex has horrible business practices. My package was supposed to be delivered on a certain day but came a couple days late. No big deal to me, however when the driver finally arrived at my building he didn’t even ring the bell to inform me of his presence. To top things off he left the package in the lobby unattended. The building contains 30 apartment and anyone walking in/out the building had access to my package. My package was stolen and when I filled out a claim with Fedex I was denied reimbursement. I am out $ 200.00 due to Fedex not taking responsibility for the negligence of the incompetent and lazy driver who was sent to deliver my package. Do yourself a favor and use USPS, DHL, or UPS. Any carrier other than Fedex.

I wanted to check this place out because a friend wanted to ship something and I happened to tag along. And wow. I was shocked on how clean it was, how organized it was, and how great the service was. Not like those other local post offices where the service is terrible and has very bad customer service. They packaged it for us which was very convenient as well. It might have to do with the fact that it just opened up. But, regardless, worthy of our time and a great experience. :)
