After messing up big time, assuming my passport was still good, I dug it out about 10 days before a trip. I was horrified to see it had expired so I found Fastport Passport. I followed all the instructions to the letter and my renewal passport is back and I won’t miss my trip!

If you had your doubts put your fears away. They were fantastic and got my daughter’s passport in a matter of days. They were especially fantastic because the fedex office chose not to pick up our package and it never arrived the next day! So my husband hunted it down and then I hand delivered it to their Brooklyn office. They walked me through everything and said they would call if any issues. At the same time I had been emailing them when we couldn’t track down the fed ex package and they were so prompt and helpful! So between the office and the many email exchanges they went above and beyond especially when there was a fed ex fail! Josie was esp great. Make sure you follow their detailed instructions to a T and you will be well taken care of!

Alyssa G is a Rock Star! I accidentally signed up with Fastport thinking it was an online application I needed to fill out before obtaining my passport at a Post Office location in Los Angeles. When I realized my mistake, I filled out a cancellation form within the hour and hoping
to get my refund. A day later, Alyssa G contacted me to follow up on my application, I told her my dilemma and she fully took charge and I was able to get a FULL refund of $ 179.00 within days.

This is a legit business, I was skeptical to be honest. However, I took a chance and I was able to go on my vacation. Now FedEx is another story, don’t ever use them in relation to anything expedited. I will elaborate later; however, I will say that I received my passport quickly and Sam was very helpful in making that happen.

Sam F. was a miracle worker! I had three days before my mother’s trip when I was handed the task of getting a passport for her. Knowing that this was the company the U.S. recommended on its international travel website made me only slightly convinced. However, the dedication Sam provided with talking to me late in the night plus the rapid email responses really convinced me of this company’s capabilities. The passport was processed in less than one day and I received it exactly when Sam said I would. A true lifesaver! If you are stuck on a sticky situation and have a couple of hundred dollars to spend, this is the real deal.

Oh My Goodness! Miracle workers! I sent them my documents at 6:00 pm on December 23rd, Sam stayed on the phone with me the whole time. By 9:30 on the 26th, I had my passport in my hand! They were very upfront about not wanting to take my money because FedEx was delivering late due to Christmas season, I took a risk.
These ladies are awesome! Sam, the miracle worker!

This is the real deal. Moving up travel plans to leave the country, no problem. An important person in your plans with an expired passport and you’re doing it between Christmas and New Years. Why not? Nothing like a little pressure. Sam came through for me, she has all the contingency plans covered and even got the passport to Fedex and emailed me near 7PM on Christmas Eve to let me know it was on its way. This is who you want in your corner!

I was extremely leary of using and ‘expediter’ to rush a passport application, but found myself in a situation where I had to have my passport renewed in a short time without fail. Fastport was able to turn my application around in half the time I expected and was responsive when I simply checked in to see if it was moving ahead — in fact it was already done and being overnighted back to me.
I recommend Fastport without reservation if you need to get your passport in a hurry at a reasonable price.

Sam is the greatest! I found this service online after finding out some countries have a requirement that your passport does not expire within 6 months (Mexico is one!).
I went with the expedited route, which meant getting all the documents together and to FedEx for overnight delivery to New York. Sam and her crew had the package by 8 a.m. the next morning, processed it that same day and had it back on FedEx for delivery the next morning (so it took 2 nights total). Terrific, professional and courteous service. Sam even helped me late on the night I was submitting, which was definitely above and beyond.
I highly recommend this service, especially if you were like and assumed the expiration date on the passport was the ACTUAL expiration date.

I had to leave for Montréal on Friday morning, and I came into the Fastport office on Monday to get an overnight one day passport. I was in a real bind because my licence had been expired for some time (I don’t drive) and I didn’t have a social security card, so in order to get my passport, I would need a witness to sign for me. Needless to say this was going to take more than a day, the Fastport crew took me through the steps of how I could get this done and the information I needed to get my passport approved. By Wednesday I got a rejection letter from the passport office, siting I needed more identification even with a witness, I was a bit confused as I thought I had provided more than enough through the advice of the Fastport crew. They recommended I go into the Passport Agency and provide the identification myself, which I did Friday morning. The problem was the Passport’s Agency’s fault, as information was not stamped and notarized correctly, yet the Fastport crew gave me a full refund, and even helped me look up flight information to arrive in Montréal quicker. I got my passport Friday afternoon and flew out to Montréal on time for my plans. Even though I didn’t get the service requested, Fastport not only refunded me completely but went out of there way to look up flight info, you won’t get this service anywhere else. Thanks in particular to Steve and Naomi for their assistance.
Also as a sidenote: if anyone has doubts that their Passport will get accepted, go into the Passport Agency directly! It can be a bit like the DMV, but there is no better way of proving your existence than actually showing up at the Passport office!

At first, I was extremely disappointed with this company/​service. It took them almost 2 months to refund my purchase. Moreover, I could never get a hold of anyone. Which was incredulous. I called over 6 times, and each time I got a voice mail, and no one returned my calls. Or my voicemails. It was only after I wrote this Unilocal review that someone finally reached out to me.
However, the way that Steven handled the mishap, was admirable, and made me reconsider my review. I can understand that accounting mishaps do happen.
It endearing to know that this company has some small business charm.

I’ve meant to apply for an International Drivng Permit a month ago. Somehow, one thing after another, I never did anything!!! Here I am screaming in my head… as I did what I needed to do:
–clicked the link «Get an International Driving Permit» via
–filled out the online form
–paid the price of being a procrastinator
–received email instructions from Fastport
–rushed out to the USPS after work mailed the necessary documents
–sent an email to Steven to confirm (or did I send 3?)
–PANICKED at home & at work wondering if USPS will deliver on time!!!

I was suspicious at first of any of these expedited passport companies. I read some negative reviews on some others and then I found FastPort Passport. I saw they had a very good rating with the Better Business Bureau and very good ratings on Unilocal.I decided to use their services. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded my expectations. I purchased the 6 – 9 day delivery plan and got it in 7 business days. I am VERY pleased and highly recommend this company.

I was traveling to Romania in a week and I needed to renew my passport. I called this place and they told me to come in right away and that they would take care of me. I was extremely stressed out but the service was outstanding. Julie, at the front desk explained the process and reassured me that my passport would be renewed in time and kept me calm. She explained every part of the process which was very helpful because renew your passport is complicated. The entire staff is very honest, friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this place if you have any (small or large) problems with your passport.
