This place is just ok. If I’m in the area and need something done I would go in but I would never go out of my way to come here. I don’t find this place the most cleanest so I bring my own tools. The only person good here is Angie so if you go, only ask for her.

After decided that it’s kind of ridiculous to drive back and forth to Long Island to get my nails done, I decided to go someplace local and closer to my new home in Brooklyn. On a complete whim, I found this place, and I am so impressed. I was in desperate need of a fill in. The manicurist,(Angie I think?) was blatantly honest and told me that acrylics are not good for my particular nails. Since I really didn’t need them, I was putting my nails at risk for damage, and she suggested putting acrylic on my natural nails, she told me, «Natural is better.» This is the exact opposite slogan of Long Island, ironically. Our slogan is, «fake hair color, fake tan, fake nails is better.» Oh well! I took a leap of faith and trusted her. Not only do they look better, it’s been almost three weeks and not a chip, scratch, or need for a fill in. I also got an amazing pedicure here that hasn’t chipped either! Angie seemed very knowledgeable and the entire staff was great, even the customers were friendly. Everything seemed sanitary as well. Prices were beyond reasonable compared to Long Island, almost a third of the price! Also, in the past when I had acrylics taken off, I dreaded it because it hurt so bad. Angie got them off quickly and without pain! First time ever! Can’t wait to come back!

I give this place a zero star. I urge you if you want to save yourself from trouble, and save your nails and money, and get good manicure and pedicure DONOTGOTHERE! I was here for the first time yesterday. I can’t describe my disappointment. I entered the salon and asked the Angie a staff who told me she works there since it’s opening for the price of manicure and pedicure. She told me it was $ 16. Then I decided to give a try. She started to do my nails. She was in a rush and was just cracking my beautiful nails because someone came into their salon to sell ladies coats. While doing my nails she left me to measure different types of coats from the coat-seller. She was avoiding to do my cuticles and foil my nails properly. When I asked her to cut the cuticles and foil my nails properly, she replied it will cost additional $ 2. I said OK to that. After she finished my nails I end up with broken edges on my nails, part of cuticles showing up and bubbles. Then it came a time for pedicure. I walked to pedicure chair and different woman supposed to do the pedicure. The bathtub was dirty and she refused to clean it arguing that it was clean. Pedicure tools were in stains and blood. Since I was in a rush to go out with my friend same night I decided anyways to get it done and never come there anymore. The pedicure woman was in rush too even they didn’t have much costumers. For unknown reason she did quite different color then on my finger nails even I repeatedly asked to do the same color. When she finished part of my toe nails wasn’t painted and were in a bubbles too. I asked her to fix it, but she refused saying that it was the skin not nails. All conclusion I made for myself is just pay them and leave and never go back there again. When it came to payment for unknown reason they give me bill for $ 35. We start to have argument with the owner of the salon and staff. Because initially they told me it was $ 16 for manicure and pedicure plus $ 2 for cuticles there is no way it could make at the end $ 35 since I didn’t requested any special servise besides that. Owner and stuff told me since I requested to do the cuticles they dipped my fingers into water which is actually was regular water from the sink it cost $ 4. Dipping fingers on both arms $ 4+$ 4=$ 8. I refused to pay that extra amount they were trying to charge me and the owner locked the door and refuse to let me go until I pay. So I had no choice but to call the police. But she called the police first making false allegation that I refuse to pay them at all. While waiting for police owner and staff were screaming at me and threatening that they have friends police officers and they will lock me up making false allegations if I don’t pay them the money they’re demanding. An hour passed, but the police never appeared on the scene. Finally we agreed on $ 30 and I paid them and asked for a receipt so they never claim something in the future if I leave and police comes. But the owner refused and screaming at me with other staff assaulted me and pushed me out of the door. Suddenly police arrived but they were not helpful at all since the staff were witnessing on the side of their boss. Once again I urge you if you wish to save yourself from trouble DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE!

I went in saturday for OPI gel. It started to chip sunday night. I couldnt go back because my flight left at 5am on Monday. I called them back to explain this that in 1 day it started to chip and in 1 week it was almost all off and if I could come in even for a regular manicure. She said to me «I don’t know what’s wrong with ur nails-we can’t do that». All of my gels have stayed on for 2 weeks. I wasn’t even asking for gel– just a manicure bc my nails are shit now and I have an event coming up that I thought gel should last. ALSO– I asked the same color for manicure and pedicure– try gave me coral shrimp for my gel and a red for my toes… she was very unfair and Didn’t care.

First time here. Had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure manicure. They were nice and quick. They did a nice job. It came out to about $ 20 for everything, plus tips. The place was already packed at 10am. I’ve had a better experience elsewhere, but this place wasn’t bad.

My go to spot for a French gel mani. Stays on for 2+ weeks. Gets crowded during the after work hours but the wait is never long. Would recommend all the ladies there.
