Wow! Was dreading going through the whole deal of signing up for a new plan & getting my son his 1st phone. Well I could not have went to a better place. Daniel was SOOOO unbelievably kind funny knowledgable & made it a great experience! I fully trust him & will be going back to do add ons to our plan. I believe Gladys is the manager. She immediately began helping Daniel locate the phone that he was able to talk to our 11 year old better than if I had given him a script to read off of. She ran out & returned with the phone! AMAZING customer service!!! I am so happy to know that there really are good people in the world. T Mobile is very fortunate to have the employees they have working for them in that location. There were 2 other young men in there that I saw while I was in there & they were also so kind & truly a pleasure. Thank you to them.

Very straightforward and easy going place. Been here twice. Once was for shipping a return to Apple and the other time was to fax a resume. Really great and fast service. All the prices are listed and they seem good at what they do.

Convenient wireless and services store in the Dyker Heights neighborhood. I was too lazy to hook up my fax machine so I strolled on over here instead and paid a simple buckaroo for the fax (which they also provide the confirmation page for).
Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely come back to do this in the future too.

Great place for shipping and faxes and cell phones and now computer stuff. Really the best cell phone store; total knowledge and all kinds of current phones in stock. Helped me go from a contract to a monthly, and saved me a ton for the same service; That alone means I can’t recommend Express Line highly enough. But also from personal experience, if you’re a small business they can be especially helpful in so many areas: from cell phones to shipping to computer consulting to supplies.

Best place for UPS/​Fed/​Ex, faxs and pack & ship in the area. Do not hesitate to use these people, they have very fair business practices that we need here.

Best place to do fedex! Small shop crammed on 13th avenue in Dyker Heights, the workers behind the counter are very nice and fast with your orders.
I think they mostly sell T-​Mobile phones and products, but i go here only for the fed-​ex convenience. You will get a printed invoice with your order which is helpful.
