Expertech Auto Repairs

Took my 1999 Lincoln Navigator to Expertech in March for a tune up, suspension and fronnt end work… Originally my vehicle drove fine with no major problems. I bought my own parts. 3 days later, I get a call saying I needed 2 lower ball joits and 2 upper control arms. No problem… I purchase them and drop them off. I come baxk next day and «WTF». The passenger front side is scraping the wheel well and the engine is sputtering bad. Prior to this «Trevor» assured me that the vehicle would pass inspection in NC where I was taking it to be registered. Let see… Major sputtering and a check suspension light. Not to mention that the scraping in the wheel well came from him installing the wrong part. Paid $ 70 tlfor an alignment to find out the part was wrong. After days of mechanical errors the sputtering getting worse. Came to find out the scraping was caused by the driver’s side upper control arm being put on the passenger side! Holy shit…30+ years as a supposed mechanic and you didnt know that! Eventually, I sold the vehicle as-​is do to an inept mechanic. The problem was never remedied or discovered. Trevor said a seized spark plug was the blame and (He couldn’t remove it!) without taking apart the engine. In total $ 950 and I purchased my own parts… What a waste! My original mechanic extracted the «seized» plug in minutes and the problem still existed! Fuck it… I bought a new truck… Enough of the headaches! Please… Do not patronize this establishment! Pure and utter «TRASH»!
