Our physicians treat patients of all ages and are available to provide immediate care. No appointment is necessary, walk-​in for the diagnosis and treatment of all common illnesses and injuries. Board certified in Emergency Medicine, our doctors provide the ultimate in quality care without the long wait of emergency rooms. Most patients are diagnosed and treated within 30 minutes.

I’m big on reviews and usually view them before I make a decision. I was sick and I didn’t have the time. I’m happy I didn’t or I would not have had such a great experience. I walked in and explained what was going on with me (chest pain, shortness of breath). I was so sick I didn’t call to see if they took my insurance. Luckily, they did. I saw Dr. Ross, I like that he introduced himself to me and listened to me. He diagnosed me pretty quickly. Told me I should be fine and didn’t prescribe me with crazy drugs. He wanted to see if my body could get better on its own. I actually like that, he told me if I felt worst to come back. Two days later I received a call from the doctors office, checking to see if I was okay. I had an headache and didn’t pick up. The next day I called to speak to Dr. Ross but he wasn’t in. They took my number down so the other Doctor could call me. I never get that from a hospital or PCP

Wow! I’ve been suffering from a cyst for days, and I have no insurance. all types of clinics wanted a minimum of $ 500 to take care of the problem. As soon as I googled this clinic, they were warm and welcoming, took care of my cyst, very quickly and painlessly, all for the price of $ 125 dollars. Having Dr jaiswal working on me was a rather pleasant experience, he’s very comforting, and down to earth, whilst removing my cyst, and ending the excruciating pain. Thank you doc. And special thanks to the receptionist, who was polite, and knowledgable.

went there as my blood pressure was elevated. doctor made light of entire situation and told me to lose weight, in other words have a stroke in the meantime. went to a private doctor and got some medication the next day. will never go back there, this is worse trhan a medicaid mill

Me and my wife were involved in a car accident. We’ve been patients at ER-​DOX in the past with no complaints. It takes 24 hours to process a police report in NYC. We went to ER-​DOX the night of the accident and were refused medical attention. We were both privately covered through GHI, but since they couldn’t abuse the no fault insurance coverage without a police report, we were told to go to a regular hospital. If you are ever in a car accident do not go to ER-​DOX. For anything else «maybe». But you can be involved in an accident «right in front of their office», and be denied medical services.

Everyone was exceptionally nice both when I called and came in. It was not busy, so I was accepted quickly for my toe laceration. The nurse and doctor both genuinely engaged in conversation while providing fast and expert care.

Hi,
I sprained my ankle and needed to get x-​rays. I called in advance and the nice person that answered the phone told me to come in. I got there about 40 minutes later and I was treated right away. The doctor and all the employees there are really nice and professional. I was called the day after to make sure I was feeling better and I was told that the X-​rays came out negative. The service is great here and I would recommend anyone here. Thank You

Do not bring your children here! They do not follow appropriate protocols and therefore their office should not state that they care of pediatric patients. I brought my nine month old infant here for evaluation of a high fever for a few days (105.8) with no other symptoms. Needless to say the doctor was dismissive and without investigating any further stated, «it’s probably a virus.» My daughter did not look well nor did she have any viral symptoms at all. Needless to say, she was just discharged from the Children’s of Hospital of Philadelphia for a severe kidney infection with possible bacteremia. She could have died! The Dr should have done a urine on her as it is universal protocol to check urine in a febrile infant with no localizing source. Thank goodness she was treated appropriately elsewhere and is now recovering wonderfully!

This place used to be great. You’d show up, everyone was helpful and polite. The doctor saw you quickly and took care of you in maybe 30 minutes.
Now they merged with some other provider and the place is a nightmare. While waiting to see the doctor the tech and receptionist complained loudly, were rude on the phone and asked the same questions multiple times. The tech was apparently taking and evaluating x-​rays because the x Ray person was out. Seems legit.
The doctor I got was older than dirt. He spent more time hunting and pecking on his keyboard than examining me and talking to me. I was in the office almost 2 hours for a sprain, and I was the only patient.
Next time I’ll go somewhere else.

This place is probably the best thing that happened to south Brooklyn! I have gone there a couple of times and some of my friends have gone there, the doctors that we’ve seen have been incredible. The girls at the front desk were very pleasant and the medical assistants were very helpful. I was in and out of there in under a half hour! where will you ever find that? Over all I got my medication, got my diagnosis and I was on my way, I would recommend this to any one. The best part is that the do xrays on site!
