Susie at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. She was very dismissive and unapologetic about calling my name out across an empty room and discussing my personal business. Jessica the office manager sat there and did not say anything to correct the situation. They were too engrossed in their personal conversation and talking about one of their coworkers that went to cvs and didn’t offer to get Susie anything. She barely wanted to assist me during sign in I will take my sick self to City MD next time which is about 2 miles away. The med tech Tulseah called me by the wrong name but was alright. There was nothing urgent about their care either I waited 25 minutes. Dr Sweney was informative and helpful.

The PA I saw was nice and helpful. She was patient when I described my symptoms. However, the prescription she sent next door didn’t go through and it has been hell trying to get it filled as CVS never got it. So I called back and they said they left a message with CVS. CVS said they never got it. So I called back again and they had the doctor talk to me. He asked me vague questions about my symptoms and told me to get an MRI or cat scan. I told him I don’t need that as I had these symptoms before. He was a smart ass saying «then you should be a doctor.» If he didn’t think his PA could handle it, he should have seen me in the first place! I would not recommend based on the doctor, not the others.

I’ve been here twice so far, the second time being last week.
You know as soon as you walk in that you’re in good hands. The waiting area is IMMACULATE, and you receive immediate attention as soon as you walk in. They’re quick about getting your information, and almost as quick getting you into an exam room. And the staff, from reception to physicians, knows what they’re doing.
The facility is right next to CVS, and as soon as the doctor’s done, he or she sends the prescription right over. Depending on what brought you in, you could be on your way in as little as an hour. Urgent care, indeed!
This isn’t a replacement for having a family physician, but if you need to see a doctor in a hurry, there’s no place better.
